Serious protection
This is my 3rd Zagg Pro Keys for as many iPads. I love the protection it provides and the keyboard convenience.

Keyboard great, case needs more stability
The keyboard is great. However, the case is a bit wonky. You have to very very careful if you're using it on your lap not to lose the iPad out of it or to have the case collapse and close. The magnets that hold the iPad and hold the case open are not very strong. It's best to use on a solid surface.

Couple of minor issues, but overall recommend
This keyboard fits the iPad I purchased and is easy to set up and use. I did not really get a notice that the battery was running low before it stopped working, which would be helpful - but there are different reasons why that may have happened the first time. Nice feel to the keyboard. Like the Alt/Opt key for keyboard selection. Little trouble getting my fingerprint ID to register with configuration of the case at that point on the iPad, but it's not life-changing.

Best Keyboard Ever
This is my second Zagg iPad cover/keyboard. The first was on an 11" iPad which stopped charging. I love having a real keyboard rather than the flat screen keyboard. This keyboard makes typing emails, letters, and texts so much easier and faster. The keys are very responsive to touch and the sound they make is music to my ears. I am 72 years old and used to type on electric typewriters so the sound is nostalgic.

I wanted to love it but
I wanted to like it but I have trouble with the back holding up the ipad. I love loved my previous one but the keyboard stopped working.

Works Great
I have ZAGG on all my iPads ( 3 )and they have never let me down. I would highly recommend this product.

Not as good as previous version
I had a previous version of this item. When the iPad was in it, it stayed there. The current version is easy, too easy, to remove the iPad and it removes itself very often?to the floor goes the iPad. So, I am not liking it as well as the previous version.

Pro Keys Ipad keyboard
I had a Zagg Ipad Keyboard that was 12 years old and was still working for my old Ipad. I purchased the Pro Keys for a new Ipad due to the 6.6 foot drop protection. So far I've been impressed with the easy set up and use. Hopefully I won't eperience a 6.6 ft. drop

Great for kids!
Love this! Bought it for my 15 year old son for school. Is so much better than the Apple one. Light weight but sturdy. Love the back light on it.

Good keyboard for price.
Good keyboard. Weak magnet on stand. Works great on desk and is frustrating on lap. I will keep and use it but am disappointed with it. Not many choices for this older model iPad. The keyboard works well. It has back light capability but I have not yet figured out how to turn it on. The instructions in the box were very short and did not help past pairing with the iPad.

I purchased the same 3 years ago. Six months ago, the space bar and frequently used keys began sticking and falling off. I got my money's worth. Travels well.

Durable, good looking iPad cover
I have used Zagg covers for both of my iPads and think they're the best you can buy so I will continue to do that.

Finish issue but great product
Great case and keyboard but weird finish issue on the cover.. Seems to be a stain that I am unable to get off.

Good, not great! Flat surface is best
The case is nice and thick. It snaps on well and I feel like the iPad is protected. However, the magnet to hold the case onto the laptop isn't strong enough. If your iPad/keyboard is not on a flat surface, it'll fall off or fall down.

A little too flimsy for safety of the device. The device can easily fall out of the apparatus and it can do so unexpectedly. The keyboard is excellent. It would be better if it charged through the device.

Try it you'll love it!
I have had 3 Zagg keyboards, the Rugged Book, which I used and was very happy with. Unfortunately they quit making it for my ipad and purchased this Pro Keys with trackpad for my 12.9 Inch Pro 4th generation. It does work great, though not sure it's as protective as my former one. The only real complaint I have is there is no way for it to be 'held up' like in the picture, which obviously is misleading since you can not do the configuration pictured no matter what you do. Nor is the pen as contained. I'm just hoping the little flap to help keep it secure won't wear out too quickly since it's like everything else these days, fairly cheap plastic? Overall think you will be happy with this, the hinge broke on my previous one, the keyboard was still fine but couldn't find a replacement anywhere. This keyboard works better, quieter and there is a great review on Amazon, a gentleman whom had several others which didn't work nearly as well. Catch it on sale and worth the price!

Durability is questionable
The top where the Apple Pencil goes seems way too flimsy to hold up. Wish zagg had chosen a harder material for this portion of the case. Seems overpriced

This keyboard was exactly what we needed for my wife's iPad Air12.9" M2. The keyboard layout is user friendly, not detachable, and folds up nice and compact for carrying.

Nice sturdy keyboard/case
I like this keyboard a lot - it's very sturdy and the keys can be back-lit for work in poorly lit places - but it's rather had to close up due to the strong magnet holding it in the open position; takes two hands and is still very awkward.

Good buy.
Links easily to my device. Is comfortable to use when typing. Still having difficulty getting the keyboard to stay lit in poor lighting situations. I wish there were more options for supporting the device when in the case

Not great
I ordered a Zagg case 4 times on Amazon, but although it was supposed to fit my case, it didn't. Finally I ordered directly from Zagg. It took a long time to come in, so the entire process took over a month. Sadly, it wasn't worth the wait. Although the ipad now fits fine in the case, the keyboard part and the ipad part are only held together by a magnet and often fall apart. There are only 2 upright positions and both are tipped back too much. The keys are very thick and feel more like an old fashioned typewriter than a touch-sensitive keyboard. Basically, I think I'm going to have to put my old case back on. Very, very disappointing product.
