I have used Zagg covers for both of my iPads and think they're the best you can buy so I will continue to do that.

Great case and keyboard but weird finish issue on the cover.. Seems to be a stain that I am unable to get off.

The case is nice and thick. It snaps on well and I feel like the iPad is protected. However, the magnet to hold the case onto the laptop isn't strong enough. If your iPad/keyboard is not on a flat surface, it'll fall off or fall down.

A little too flimsy for safety of the device. The device can easily fall out of the apparatus and it can do so unexpectedly. The keyboard is excellent. It would be better if it charged through the device.

Great keyboard, just what I was looking for, iPad has is own case that I can be detached from keypad! 
Battery life is awesome, haven charge keyboard since got it! Bought for iPad 9th gen!

Must buy

I have had 3 Zagg keyboards, the Rugged Book, which I used and was very happy with. Unfortunately they quit making it for my ipad and purchased this Pro Keys with trackpad for my 12.9 Inch Pro 4th generation. It does work great, though not sure it's as protective as my former one. The only real complaint I have is there is no way for it to be 'held up' like in the picture, which obviously is misleading since you can not do the configuration pictured no matter what you do. Nor is the pen as contained. I'm just hoping the little flap to help keep it secure won't wear out too quickly since it's like everything else these days, fairly cheap plastic? Overall think you will be happy with this, the hinge broke on my previous one, the keyboard was still fine but couldn't find a replacement anywhere. This keyboard works better, quieter and there is a great review on Amazon, a gentleman whom had several others which didn't work nearly as well. Catch it on sale and worth the price!

Replacement Keyboard

The top where the Apple Pencil goes seems way too flimsy to hold up. Wish zagg had chosen a harder material for this portion of the case. Seems overpriced

Durability is questionable

This keyboard was exactly what we needed for my wife's iPad Air12.9" M2. The keyboard layout is user friendly, not detachable, and folds up nice and compact for carrying.

Pro Keys

I like this keyboard a lot - it's very sturdy and the keys can be back-lit for work in poorly lit places - but it's rather had to close up due to the strong magnet holding it in the open position; takes two hands and is still very awkward.

It's a solid case and the keys are easy to operate. I appreciate the ability to remove the iPad from the case.

Links easily to my device. Is comfortable to use when typing. Still having difficulty getting the keyboard to stay lit in poor lighting situations. I wish there were more options for supporting the device when in the case

Good buy.

I ordered a Zagg case 4 times on Amazon, but although it was supposed to fit my case, it didn't. Finally I ordered directly from Zagg. It took a long time to come in, so the entire process took over a month. Sadly, it wasn't worth the wait. Although the ipad now fits fine in the case, the keyboard part and the ipad part are only held together by a magnet and often fall apart. There are only 2 upright positions and both are tipped back too much. The keys are very thick and feel more like an old fashioned typewriter than a touch-sensitive keyboard. Basically, I think I'm going to have to put my old case back on. Very, very disappointing product.

Not worth it!

I bought this for my iPad and when my husband got a new iPad for X-mas, I tried to find one like mine. It hooks up easily, has 2 angles, very protected (I've dropped my iPad a few times), can take off easily and use as a tablet. Smart keys work slick. Connected to bluetooth easily. Can connect up to 2 devices and switch between the two using bluetooth 1 and bluetooth 2 keys.

This one is to replace one that was 3-4 years old and wearing out on the outside. Love this product, the keyboard holds a charge for such a long time.

First of all, the instructions are poorly written. I don't know what "Pro Keys" are but I guess it is your trademark. Someone had to pair the key pad to the I-pad for me because I didn't understand the directions because I already had headphones paired to the I-pad and had to erase them and re-pair them because the Bluetooth button would not work. In frustration I tried to call the help line Couple of times then again at 4:00pm but was told that it was 4:00 pm "eastern" time and you were closed. In my opinion that was a poor introduction to a company supposedly based in Utah, a western state. Finally, this is my 2nd Zagg keyboard and cover. My first Zagg on a smaller and older I-pad was hard covered and folded up like a clamshell with no effort. This cover is floppy and requires some effort to get it to stand upright. I like the keyboard but would not have purchased the unit had I known it was a floppy cover.

Poor instructions to set up and poor cover

I'm a preschool teacher and am hard on my things. I LOVE this case. I feel that my iPad is safe. This case has saved my iPad many times from falls and drops. I like that the iPad comes off the keyboard and is still protected.

Not good for zoom calls as there is not a setting that allows ipad to sit more upright for camera angle.
