Feedbck on installing screen
I did not like the new way to put your screen cover on.. I ended up with it too far over on one side. I could not get the tray to attach to the phone and when I called customer service they were no help.

Took weeks, order arrived & no product inside
I received the packing slip and no screen protector. Took weeks instead of the couple days mentioned, hard to reach customer service (don't answer and don't return my emails-so far). Paid for product and got nothing in return.

IPHONE 11/XR screen cover
Following instructions, After cleaning and dusting it, I applied the cover holding the tabs. With the cover in place I started to remove the tabs and the screen, which I thought was glass, tore. I went to a store that accepted your warranty and was told they needed the faulty screen cover in order to honor your warranty. Truthfully I was so upset, I threw it in the trash. So I paid for something I don't have. Disappointed....

Not as good as used to be
I have been using zagg for several years, I tried another brand and did not have good luck so went back to zagg but unfortunately I put my cover on and it cracked within a couple days. It's disappointing for the cost to not have it be stronger against minor bumps.
