No direct way to call customer service. I emailed customer service asking to return the item since it has a big bubble that won't go away. No response on the return and was asked to make a claim using the warranty for replacement. I am not wasting my time to make a stupid claim for an item that I just purchased and is defective!

This item is a great product to protect your screen on the iPhone. I love the privacy built into the shield as I also need to send emails to clients. If anyone is standing near you, they can't view what you are doing on your phone. If my Invisible Shield gets damaged, I can request a replacement for free as long as I registered it.

I received the wrong screen size in my package and was not able to exchange it, which was frustrating. Fortunately, the product was registered, so I was able to request a replacement. However, I was still required to pay an additional $10 and wait over a week for shipping-an unnecessary inconvenience caused by an error that wasn't mine. I expect the correct screen to be sent this time without further delays.

I'm a long-time user of the Elite Privacy Gllass Shield, going back 12 years when I first got a smartphone. My original purchase was a clear shield, but when I realized that there was a privacy shield, I switched to that rather quickly. It does the job. It keeps my phone and information safe. I'm a teacher and when I've had my phone on my desk, I've seen the kids look at it and they say 'hey I can't see your screen!' My mother allay said the same last week LOL. So it works. I'm happy with the product and don't have much more to say about it than that. Also it's worth mentioning that ZAGG Customer Service is wonderful.

Has diagonal lines to help with the privacy feature and they are very distracting because they interfere with typography and photos. Previous version did not have this annoying feature.

Like the privacy, not too black where you struggle to see like others. However, my screen cracked within days of installation. The previous screen lasted years with no issues, even with minor drops and scratches. This screen cracked with no damage to phone. Now I get to replace it for $9.99 shipping within a week.

The shield cracked and chipped within a week. I tried ordering a warranty replacement but I have to pay $10 for shipping and handling. That's ridiculous. I am highly disappointed.

Privacy feature works well. Installation tools are excellent for first free perfect alignment of the protective screen on the phone. I placed phone on a bar stool at home and it fell 3 ft onto a tile floor and cracked. I also have a simple phone case around the iphone. Zagg is happy to send me a replacement for $10 shipping cost which seems a bit expensive. Will likely try another brand to see if that's more robust
