Not worth it
I was excited about this case for my 3 year old. Not even a month later one of the arms broke off. Leaving a sharp piece sticking out. Not impressed.

Decent case for the price
The case is as described and does fit our newer Ipad 10.2 inch 9th generation model. The case does feel like it might be a little big along one edge, but perhaps that is to enable you to get the ipad into the case?
My biggest dislike is the handles on the back. They are separate and maybe that is for people who hang them on the back of the car for kids to view movies or something. But it's really awkward. Worse, they cannot be easily removed. Though, no doubt my autistic son will find a way. I don't remember seeing them in the picture I looked at, but perhaps I didn't pay close attention. I wish they were removable.
I think the case will function well enough. I just hope it lasts for a while. Those foam products are hit or miss in my experience. Then again, having an autistic child probably is a big reason for that.

Poor Customer Service
After seeing how terrible this product was after a minute of buying this online ( arms break off easily) I decided to call in and cancel the order before it shipped. The representative who took my call said they would put in the request. After 3 business days, they still decided to ship and charge me. Now I have to pay for shipping back to be refunded.

Case is brightly colored, light weight and seems to protect tablet well. Arms work well as upright support. I like the headrest holder as well.

Ordered this on 7/29- received notice of that it shipped on 8/1?estimated delivery of 9/15?
I'd love to review the product I ordered but so far all I have is an unusable child's iPad with no case and the hope that the pigeons will eventually find their way to my doorstep.

Unfortunate
The case offers good protection for the tablet, but the arms that are promoted for "hanging and carrying" break VERY easily. The arms on our initial purchase broke within a couple weeks. We had the case replaced via warranty (we had to pay the shipping charge), but the arms on the replacement case broke on the second day. I'm not going to pay another $9.99 shipping charge, so we'll have a case without the arms. It's too bad, the arms added a nice touch.

Nice idea but arm joints weaken or break
When used as advertised, on the back of a car head rest, the double arm model is not strong enough to hold the weight of an iPad. Of two cases we bought one now has a weak arm and one broke off entirely. Disappointed.

Very sturdy but the arms are the default. They break easily! Only had it for 3 weeks. This is my second one that I've purchased! But over all keeps my daughters iPad safe!!

Excellent product for children. It is very durable and will protect the iPad. I especially like the feature where it can be placed on the headrest in the back seat of the car. This has been a lifesaver!

new case didn't last more than 4 months
The arms of the Orlando case have broken off. One about a month ago and the other today. It lasted less than 6 months. I'm very busy like most people and just went to try to get it replaced by applying for warranty. I would have to pay for the shipping which cheapest option is $7.99. I guess I'm too used to Amazon where it is free shipping. Will have to wait on it bummer.

First, I love the color! It's so happy.?? Second, I love that it's soft, but tough? my iPad has been dropped a couple of times since having it on and everything works fine!
Last, I love the "arms" and how they can hang from a headrest in a car; however, you can only view things in landscape. 98% of what I do looks/works better in landscape, but when I wanted portrait, it's a no go with this case.

Handle awkward
I love the fit and color. It was fairly easy to put iPad in, unlike my last foam case. The handle is 2 pieces. I didn't notice it in images. I would rather all one handle connected together. Keeping the iPad safe from the kids. We had a coral one missing a bumper piece on the inside and they replaced it right away.

No screen protector
The information left me to infer that it had a screen protector, which it did not. The product material is fine, but I ended up going with a different case that was more completely protective.

Great iPad case for kids
My grandson is pretty rough on my ipads. I had to have a case he couldn't destroy!! He loves this one. Not slick so he can hold it better and the head rest stand is genius!

High quality protection
If you've purchased Zagg in the past, the screen protectors are highest quality and truly protect from dings and scratches. Every phone screen protector has been easy to install, but this screen protector for the Apple Watch was difficult! Had huge glaring bubbles. Until I read instructions to lift corners up to remove bubbles, then they were removed. The screen protector does have a black border, which very very slightly cuts off the corner of screen of you're looking closely. Wish it didn't have the black border but would purchase again if something does happen!

Have had several Zagg products all of which performed as advertised. My most recent purchase of the Zagg glass curved elite protector for my iWatch 5 is every bit as a good as previous Zagg products I've had. Was easy to install and provides peace of mind knowing my watch is protected.
