This lens is absolutely incredible! Zeiss quality is apparent the first moment you hold it. The quality of the images is just beyond belief! I mainly shoot landscapes and F/11 is the sweetest of sweet spots on my lens. When you nail focus the corners are very sharp. If you haven't used a manual focus-only lens before you need to become more deliberate in your shot selection - slow down and tripods are a must. I shoot a Sony a7r3 and the manual focus assist with color peaking works perfectly. The Sigma MC-11 adapter and this lens work very well on my Sony. I own 3 Milvus lenses and after using them for some time would not consider anything else.

Absolutely beautiful lens. Craftsmanship and quality are second to none. The color is on point, once you switch to Zeiss you won’t be able to go back to anything else.

Very heavy lens but very sturdy and balance to hold in the hand, easy to focus and a very sharp lens. Very happy with this lens

It is worth the $$$ if you can afford it. It beats my 21mm 2.8 zeiss in every way.

Great clarity with very little if any chromatic aberration. One of the biggest things I noticed was that when shooting directly into the sun there is no lens flare; something my Nikon N lens can not do. It is a solid unit that is heavy, but give a certain confidence in its heft. If you are looking for a wide angle prime and willing to pay the price I would recommend it.
