Am using this lens with both a Sony A7M2 (FF) and a Sony A6500 (APSC). The build quality and handling is excellent, consistent with my other Loxia lenses (35mm & 50mm). I am not an experienced photog, so my experience in compariing lens performance is only with the Nikkor non-Ai, Ai and Ai-s lenses I have been using with Nikon F-to-Sony E adapters. Very superior lens
Goes perfectly with Sony A9 II
The Loxia 2.4/25 is a wide-angle, E mount lens covering a full-frame sensor. The lens shares common features with the other four Loxia lenses, including a smooth manual focus, hard stops at infinity and close-focus, de-clickable manual aperture and 52mm filter diameters. The Loxia lenses are ideally suited for videographers in need of better focus control and street photographers who prefer to zone focus.
