If you bird in low light or up close...
Purchased after extensive research. Expensive but worth every penny if you can spare the change. Great for viewing groups of feeder birds near dawn or dusk, or for spotting birds on a trail.

Flouride objective lenses also eliminate any color fringing from the Zeiss T*FL binoculars, even in low light conditions. The housing consists of magnesium reinforced by glass-fiber material, yielding a very durable and lightweight housing.
