Carl Zeiss Sports Optics is pleased to announce two new Victory T* FL binoculars 8x56 and 10x56 featuring Zeiss' leading-edge FLglass technology. The new 56mm Conquest binoculars join the award-winning 32mm and 42mm models that have quickly become the standardfor optical excellence.

Designed for use in low light conditions, the 56mm Victory T* FL binoculars are ideally suited for glassing at dawn and dusk. Outstanding twilight performance is provided by sizable exit pupils -- 7mm for the 8x56 and 5.6mm for the 10x56 -- and through the use of Zeiss' special FL (Fluoride Ion) glass. This glass, in conjunction with Zeiss' AOS (Advanced Optical System) technology and T* (T Star multi-coating), achieves an image quality that is second to none. Color rendition, brilliance, edge-to-edge sharpness andimage brightness have been increased on the T* FL series binoculars to as yet unchallenged levels of performance. Both models feature Zeiss' proprietary Abbe-Konig prism system with P* phase correction coating

The excellent ergonomics allow for easy use in all weather conditions. The housing, made of a high-performance, glass-fiber reinforced polyamide with 60% glass fiber, is completely encased in a durable rubber armored exterior that is shock absorbent while dampening noise. The screw-in, screw-out eyecups are lockable. They also feature intermediate stops at 4mm, 8mm and 12mm, so that actual eye-relief can be matched to individual eyes. Like all VICTORY FL binoculars, the 56 mm models are waterproof, dustproof and nitrogen filled.
