About ZWO 2.8-12mm f/1.4
With a larger aperture than the all-sky lens that comes with the ZWO ASI120MM and ASI120MC cameras, this fast f/1.4 CCTV lens is ideal for capturing images of meteors and meteor showers as well as the milky way. It gives an approximately 100-degree field of view at 2.8mm when used with ZWO cameras with 1/3" sensors.
This lens has a male CS mount on the camera side. If you have a ZWO camera that already comes with a lens (ASI120, ASI178, ASI185, ASI224 and ASI290), then you can attach this lens directly to the C thread adapter already included with your camera. For all other T-threaded cameras, you will need to buy the T-to-C thread adapter sold separately.
Note: The zoom and focusing rings are reversed compared to what is indicated on the barrel. The zoom is at the front of the lens while the focus is adjusted nearest the camera.
