Apple has been very slow in coming out with competitive Mac Pro laptops. They have been way over priced. I have used Mac computers since 1983 A.D. CEO Tim Cook tried to kill Macintosh Inc. since his arrival, I think he is actually color blind and killed all of the colorful icons that help uses navigate the GUI interface. Tim Cook killed the business server business in his belief the iPhone would be popular enough without the Macintosh computer line. He replaced hiring people based upon merit for some fools that made the GUI useful. It has become almost impossible to ?click and drag? folders because of the fools he placed in charge of Mac GUI development. Software equivalent ?page up, page down? do not exist in software nor are there physical buttons. ?Smart Scroll? utility to read and scroll hands-free should become part of the GUI software. Note, even the pictures Apple supplies are mostly awful because of Tim Cook?s visual problems with color and beauty.

Lightning fast computer! The only current issue I've found so far is if you use safari to watch any video stream and you make that video viewable in "full screen", safari will freeze and you'll need to force quit it. However, the video will continue to play in full screen mode with the audio on, but you won't be able to stop, pause it or control the video in any way. It's not a big deal though as long as you can avoid this problem by using a different browser such as FireFox - which doesn't have this problem at all.

Product came packaged very well. I have no doubts that even on the roughest ride that my package would have arrived without harm. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to buy an authentic apple product at a lower price. Standard shipping was also super accurate and speedy. It came the day that it initially told me and I ordered during the holiday season (very surprised it was not delayed). Overall I am extremely satisfied with this product and my purchasing, delivering, and unboxing experience.

I was on the waiting list for the new iPad Pro 12.9? 5th generation with M1 chip with added Apple care. Sales team told me they would probably release mid June and they were on target. I got this with the order of my Macbook Pro 16 inch and it says "Auto Enroll" but it was never activated. So much for auto enroll. I should have gotten straight from Apple.

I'm no AppleCare nazi, but I do think on the high dollar computer purchases it is a smart buy. I thoroughly inspected my machine upon arrival for many of the defects other buyers mentioned (casing, keyboard, etc) and I have been fortunate to receive a flawless looking unit, however that inspection is only skin deep and should something go wrong with the performance of the machine itself its really nice to know my investment is protected. Piece of mind is hard to put a price on and AppleCare for a new MBP is a no brainer in my book.

I added AppleCare+ Auto Enroll when I purchased my new ipad. Nothing came with the ipad, no applecare registration, or activation, but hey, its auto-enroll. Well not for me. I called apple to check the status of my applecare protection and I was, in fact, not enrolled. Apple helped me get enrolled and all's well that ends well. i would make the same purchase again,but will always double check that everything is in order.

I think with how much Apple products cost that they could have a longer then a 90 day full assistance program prior to their one year standard care. That being said, I have used Apple Care many times 1 or 2 years after my purchase. Last use was on my Macbook Pro Retina 18 months after purchase. $1600.00 repair I didn’t have to pay.

AppleCare is a good buy depending on who is buying it. If money is not an issue for you, go for it because it's always nice to have that insurance in case your Apple device does break. I always benefit from having AppleCare.
