I got my Symphony MKII from Adorama and it showed up promptly. After unwrapping the unit(which was well done), installed it into my rack. I then connected the unit and downloaded the software from Apogee which was a carefree transaction. Once software was installed(Maestro and Symphony drivers) the interface immediately responded to my Mac Book Pro.
