On paper this seemed to be the perfect chair, so I bought 2 for our home office. After several days of use I found functional problems. The biggest being the armrests. They dont lock in place and are too wide to comfortably rest. Each attempt to use the armrest causes it to twist or move away with only a small amount of force. If it was only on one chair I would think that the armrests are missing parts or something, but it consistant over both chairs I purchased. Another problem for me is the lack of a mechanism to tip the seat forwards or back. The backrest moves but the seat itself is limited to a plane of rotation parallel to the floor. I have had less expensive chair that were far more comfortable. The only redeeming factor is the leather looks and feels to be good quality. Overall I would not recommend the chair.
