Dynamic, robust specs for any creative:

The new MacBook Pro brings the hefty specifications of a desktop workstation to a portable laptop. The newest MacBook comes with the latest 6- and 8-core 9th generation processors, which can be turbo boosted up to 5.0 GHZ. And, for the first time on a MacBook, up to 64GB of RAM. For perspective, in comparison to the fastest quad-core 15-inch MacBook Pro, users can compile code 1.8 times faster in Xcode, make complicated edits 1.7 times faster in Photoshop, and music producers can apply 2.1 times more Amp Designer plug-ins in Logic Pro X.

On the graphics end, the 16-inch MacBook is stocked with AMD Radeon Pro 5000M graphics, an industry leader, with the option to add up to 8GB of VRAM. The result is 1.8 times faster effects rendering in DaVinci Resolve, 1.6 times faster performance in games like Fortnite, and 1.4 times faster fly-through in developer software like Unity.

The  laptop comes with a healthy 512GB of storage. And also for the first time, the MacBook Pro can be equipped with an 8TB SSD. Whether you’re a film editor working with RAW footage, a music producer with many projects, or a software developer with unlimited assets, storage space has been seriously expanded.

Modified, enhanced build:

You can’t have all that performance power without an impressive body to house it. The 16-inch Retina Display, a notebook record, has a resolution of 3072×1920 and 226 pixels per inch, delivering nearly six million pixels across the screen. The new design is set up with a more advanced fan system, leading to a 28 percent increase in airflow, allowing users to get the most out of their notebook without overheating.

Apple has also made major keyboard adjustments to the new model. The new Magic Keyboard features a scissor mechanism with 1mm of key “travel” to create an enjoyable feel while typing away. For all the music producers, film editors, and general fans of quality music projection, the new MacBook Pro rocks a six-speaker sound system. Apple has reduced the hiss by 40 percent and dropped the bass half an octave deeper. To top it off, Apple added another hour of life to battery offering up to 11 hours of web browsing and video playback.

The new Apple 16-inch MacBook Pro is now available for preorder starting at  at Adorama
