The New Year is upon us, meaning it’s time for the next installment of the world’s most influential tech event. Some of the largest tech companies and innovators will get the chance to showcase some of their newest technologies in the Consumer Electronics Show, better known as CES 2024.

Many of the best cutting-edge electronic products will be announced at the CES event, giving consumers a first look at some of the world’s leading tech from the largest companies. The event is being held in Las Vegas, but we’ll be rounding up some of the best new product announcements here to save you the trip.

Biggest Products & Tech from CES 2024

Panasonic LUMIX S 100mm F2.8

Macro shooters have long been forced to lug around heavy, bulky lenses to achieve crisp 1:1 magnification. But the new full-frame Panasonic LUMIX S 100mm F 2.8 MACRO finally offers precision optics with incredible magnification in a tiny, lightweight body. Clocking in at just 298g, this macro is the lightest lens ever at this focal length – without compromising sharpness.

Nanoleaf’s Outdoor Lights

Nanoleaf has announced their Smart Multicolor Outdoor String Lights and Smart Multicolor Outdoor Permanent Lights at CES 2024. Nanoleaf says this spring these additions to their Matter Essentials line will be available. These lights are “Matter-Compatible,” working with many smart home platforms such as Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple Home, and Samsung SmartThings. These new lights will integrate with Nanoleaf indoor lights, they say.

Sony XR

January 9th, 2024, Sony Corporation revealed that the immersive spatial content creation system they are developing will be available later in the year. An XR head-mounted display, complete with high-quality 4k OLED Microdisplays, including video see-through functionality, and a pair of controllers makes up the core of the system announced so far. Siemens is partnering with Sony at launch, with more collaborations planned. Further details will be announced.

DJI FlyCart 30

January 10th, 2024, DJI has introduced FlyCart 30 (FC30) to the global market. Industrial-grade drones by DJI are already being used in surveying, construction, and agricultural management. With speeds up to 20 m/s and a carrying capacity of of 30kg 16km, DJI is confident FC30 will become the trusted solution for aerial delivery. FC30 has been built with a focus on safety and dependability.
