Robust graphics and processing power
The Oculus Quest 2 features performance upgrades that truly bring the user experience to the next level. First, Facebook incorporated the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 Platform with 6GB of RAM to enhance artificial intelligence and the gaming experience. The Quest 2 even supports a 90Hz display, which means the screen refreshes a whopping 90 times a second. Expect seamless and smooth gameplay, even in motion-heavy scenarios.
The Quest 2 has 50 percent more pixels than the original Quest, amounting to 1832 x 1920 pixels per eye. Users will notice a sharper, more defined display in everything from 360-degree video to productivity apps.
Adjustable headset, ergonomic controllers, useful accessories
The Oculus Quest 2 is a wireless, standalone system consisting of a headset and two Touch controllers. The newer headset is 10 percent lighter than the first Quest and rocks a slimmer design for more mobility. To fit the needs of every consumer, the Quest 2 includes three different settings for inter-pupillary distance (IPD) — also known as the amount of space between your eyes. This means you can adjust the IPD to find the right positioning for you.
The Touch controllers for the Quest 2 feature battery life up to four times longer than the original controllers for those extended marathon gaming sessions. The state-of-the-art controller tracking and ergonomic design of the Touch create an even more natural experience.

Upcoming games include Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’ Edge, Pistol Whip: 2089, Jurassic World Aftermath, Warhammer 40,000 Battle Sister, and more. Better yet, the Quest 2 is compatible with Oculus Link so users can enjoy PC VR titles such as Asgard’s Wrath, Stormland, Lone Echo, Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond, and more.
