Even better
This is my second Show and it’s definitely better. The screen is a nice size and the speakers are even better.

100% Recommend the Show 10.5"
It takes me a bit of time to figure electronics out, but a few on-line videos and patience, it has been an awesome experience having an Echo Show 10.5". Music has been very nice with an additional speaker linked, great for falling asleep, or just filling a room with relaxing vibes.
I love that it can show you even more on the screen versus the dot (no screen. Makes selecting even quicker as it and I learn together. Few more Smart Home items purchased (lights, and a few plugs) and it has helped us immensely.
We have the app on our phones, so having each family member linked, we find lights actually getting shut off more often, lol. Its always nice having a light turn on before entering a dark room as well. Mornings have been great with soft lights, music, a weather report, and auto start of the coffee. The routines are awesome!!
Oh and don't forget the opportunity to make phone calls hands free and with a video!!

You Really Should Get One!
I use the Show in the office, and truly do not see the device as a toy or for just fun stuff. It sits next to my monitor. I use it constantly as an encyclopedia, thesaurus, auto phone dialer, news updater music player ..... and the list goes on.
I'm surprised it isn't much more wildly popular. Think of it as a tool and controller versus a novelty and you will get SO much more value for your money!!!!

Its not too shabby
Alexa will have a few hiccups, especially when its noisy. There are times when i ask for a 2 hour loop on sounds, and it will work once in a while. It works well with my security cameras, smart plugs and lights.

Echo Show order through Adorama
I wanted to get the Echo Show 2nd gen hub but thought it was a bit too pricey out there. I found it at a great price on Adorama but was worried it was a hoax. Although they were on backorder and I had to wait a month, they sent it as promised. Communication with them was professional and I definitely recommend ordering through them. The item came new out of the box and works great!
