Cameras great, support severely lacking
When I purchased an Amcrest 4K HD NVR, the sales person indicated that technical support would be able to connect my existing cameras including my indoor Arlo cameras. Not being able to accomplish the task myself, I called technical support. Waiting for “LIVE/ REAL PERSON” to CALL
Been waiting since Mon Nov 5, 2018; have tried rather unsuccessfully to get through; when I do, I get some meaningless ‘song & dance’ RATHER than being WILLING to make the 3 incorrect items in my order right!!!!! thinking now of sending entire system back though had “thought” from sales people was good system. WOW- did they fool me that they have NO DAG-GONE FOLLIW THROUGH!!!! !!!!!

MicroSD, FTP & NVR Storage
In addition to MicroSD & Amcrest Cloud, the Amcrest ProHD camera can also record to an FTP server, onto your local computer, or to any Amcrest NVR (not included). You'll have full control over your recordings and can manage them however you'd like.
