They are pretty good, i have bose QC15, you can compare with it. however the battery life is not as much as bose. its a good headphone.GROVER W : Yes... the noise reduction is quite dramatic! Shopper : Up to what noise cancellation these headphones are? 80%, 85%, 90% ?ESA H : Let us re-phrase the questions -- "in what manner the noise cancellation works - does it suppress noise at low frequencies (20Hz-300Hz) and how it works at speech frequencies ( 300Hz -1.5KHz)? " -- noise cancellation is audio frequency dependent matter -- therefore the low end rumble and noise are suppressed more than high freq (1,5kHz-10kHz)yet leaving enough for hearing the other person speaking next to you. Would say that these work quite well, having tested them in airplane and at street noise conditions.JINGBO N : I don't have accurate number but it feels like the noise cancellation is at 90% -- with it you can barely make out voices of people talking just a few feet away. But it seems with the cancellation turned on, sometimes you can hear statics, which is a bot annoying. I'm not sure that the problem of the product or the environment.GROVER W : I 'd say around 40%, which is quite impressive if you're trying to to listen to audio from a movie, or simply trying to catch a nap.ANDREW R : Unfortunately the manufacturer does not specify.

The only reason I bought them was they were quality headphones on sale for around $80, if I remember correctly.
