I am happy with it's overall performance, however I had a difficult time opening the film and needed tape to close it when I was done. once I knew this i kept tape with me.

After capturing your perfect shot, trust the Arista.EDU Ultra 200 B&W Negative Film to deliver high-quality, professional-grade results. This versatile and durable film, sized at 4x5", is designed for black and white photography and comes in a generous pack of 50 sheets, making it an affordable choice for both budding and seasoned photographers.
Compatible with all major processing systems, this film offers flexibility in developing. It is recommended for normal contrast negatives, with developing times standardized for a temperature of 68 Degree F (20 Degree C). However, please note that your developing time may vary based on your environment and equipment.
The Arista.EDU Ultra 200 B&W Negative Film is compatible with a range of developers, including Arista 76 Powder, Arista Premium Powder, Arista Liquid Film Developer, Arista Premium Liquid Developer, Marathon Film Developer, Ilford ID-11, Kodak D-76, Kodak XTOL, Kodak TMAX Developer, Kodak HC 110, and Agfa Rodinal. Each developer has specific dilution ratios and developing times, providing you with a variety of options to achieve your desired contrast.
For optimal results, it is recommended to agitate continuously for the first 30 seconds of development, followed by 5 to 7 inversion cycles for 5 seconds every 30 seconds for the remainder of the development time. If using a rotary processor with continuous agitation, reduce the developing times by 15%.
Remember, development times may need adjusting to suit individual processing systems and working practices. If your current system is producing satisfactory results, adjust the recommended development times until the desired contrast is obtained.
The Arista.EDU Ultra 200 B&W Negative Film is committed to delivering superior quality and performance, ensuring your black and white photography stands out with clarity and precision.
