I purchased this for my daughter in July 2023 for her freshman year at UCLA's DMA program. The machine is well made and very powerful. Display and graphics are terrific. Battery life is average at 3-4 hours of continuous use so she has to carry the heavy 240W power supply when she is in the lab. Weight is comparable to 17" MacBook Pro. When CPU is running at near 100%, the fan is running continuously. 10 months in and the PC is having some problems where it will not power on. She has tried the hard reset procedure (unplug, hold power button for 60s, plug back in, press power button), but that doesn't work. So looks like I may need to request repair service before the 1 year warranty expires.

I bought this laptop almost a year ago was was very satisfied with it. Then a month in, the only USB port broke and I was sent a new one. After that the laptop worked wonderfully for another few months until a few keys on the keyboard stopped working. Just the letter "c" and several keys on the num pad stopped working, the rest of the keyboard was fine. I tried to fix it with help from the ASUS support team but nothing on my end worked. I sent it in to get repaired and it came back fixed but then stopped working again the next day. Overall it's a great laptop when it's working okay. I use it for school and some gaming and it performs nicely and looks beautiful. Just wish I didn't have to worry about it breaking.

I am very impressed with the Zenbook Pro and was very surprised with the packaging. The Zenbook has everyone who sees it surprised by the looks and performance. The package included a backpack and pen that was not listed in the advertising.

I was looking for a computer that is good for gaming (not hardcore just like Skyrim and random multiplayer games, Phasmophobia stuff like that), but also for work and school. And I didn't want anything that would be obviously a gaming laptop. Basically something pretty but also multipurpose. This has been amazing. It has been about 3 months now and I still love it.

I used to have an asus vivobook before purchasing the zenbook pro 15 OLED and wow. It is a major upgrade! The screen is beautiful. I was worried about the portability of 4.4 lbs given that my previous laptop was around 2-3lbs, but it is not bad. I walk a lot and have felt fine with the weight. Plus, the extra screen space is worth it.

It's been only a few weeks and in that short weeks I've had nothing but greatness from this laptop. Beautiful display, super fast processor with just the right amount of graphics and ram for video editing which is exactly what I needed. I'm so glad I was able to get a good deal on this laptop and that I bought this laptop. I do not regret it at all.

I bought this laptop a couple of months ago because I had a design program that needed a beefy video card. I'm not into gaming so this was a huge learning curve trying to understand AMD Ryzen versus other cards. I am very happy with my choice, especially the 15-inch touchscreen! It has a beautiful, clear, and responsive display for working in 3D modeling and watching movies, and online videos. The only drawback I is the speakers are really low, I am used to the great Dolby sound from my old HP so it is taking a bit to adjust, thus the 4 not 5-star ratings. I usually use my headphones when I need to hear what is playing and I intend to add a Bluetooth speaker to my extra display which should correct my sound quality. Overall, a great laptop for the money!

I bought this 3 days ago. One i would like to say i opened it and saw extremely good built quality. Better than the previous hp I had which i then returned. Computer does not get hot. Not sure how asus engineering this but it runs so cool. Battery is huge so is battery life. Overall everythign i need in a laptop. Portable, powerful, long lasting, good built quality and stylish.

I prefer a 13? but that wasn?t an option in the price and feature set I needed. I also wanted a touch screen which is also harder to find in gaming class laptops. I have been quite impressed with the features and functionality. I was a bit apprehensive about windows 11, but so far so good. Biggest issue was somehow bitlocker got enabled a few weeks after I got it. I had to figure that out, but the hardware thus far has been solid and has greatly decreased my video rendering time. The colors are bright. Long battery life. Love the way it angles when opened. That keeps the air circulating so it doesn?t over heat. I love the SD card slot but wish it was a spring-load/unload. I?m careful not to bump the card, but that?s definitely a concern. I wish there were more USB ports. Hoping my first Asus gives me several great years!

The fit & finish is 1st class, the screen is edge-to-edge glass over an amazing OLED display (note vibrant color & perfect black level). The fact that it is also a touch screen is an extra bonus. Nice backlit keyboard with numeric keypad. Includes built-in speakers that sound surprisingly good and with strong volume. I wasn't looking to pay extra for branded speakers, so this is ideal. 96 wh battery is higher capacity than some competitive laptops. Full size SD card slot and HDMI 2.0 plus USB 3.2 A & C. Large 1TB SSD with 16GB of 4266 MHz RAM and a fast 3.3 GHz processor with separate NVIDIA graphics. Windows 11 out of the box, so no OS upgrading needed. The IR camera with Windows Hello is fantastic and much better than a fingerprint reader! Also, nice that there is not really any "bloatware" using up drive space. Overall, this is an ideal feature set for the price and is spot-on to what I was looking for. Super happy with this laptop!
