About Alzo Digital Suspended Drop Ceiling Mount for Pico Video Projector
This projector mount is for mounting Pico video projectors to drop ceilings that include a 1/4 in x 20 screw thread mounting hole in the center of the bottom of the projector. A Pico projector is also known as a mini projector, small projector or a portable projector; because of their size and lightweight construction, attachment to a mini ball mount with a 1/4 x 20 screw is sufficient to provide stability.
In addition to the scissor ceiling frame clip, this kit includes two 8 in long support rods with male and female threaded ends to allow for either an 9 or 17" drop from the ceiling. At the bottom of the adjustable rod is a mini ball mount that screws into the projector thread hole and then allows for tilt angle adjustment. Maximum weight loading is 4 pounds.
