Per the product information, all 3 ports can charge mobile devices. However, the first time the USB-C port was connected to a iPhone 15 pro max, the iphone indicated hat the device drew too much power and would not charged. Charging of the power bank was never full no matter how long the power bank connected to the power source

The bank, when charged, lasts SO long and your devices charge pretty fast. However, when the bank needs to be charged...it takes FOREVER! Not to mention you need to charge it with a pretty powerful block. The last full charge took THREE days.

I purchased this product just prior to a 3 week vacation in Spain. I knew we'd be taking a lot of photos and relying heavily on maps, both of which drain power. The device arrived fully charged so I did not test charging it (why should I?). Sadly, when it drained (in Spain), I *could not* recharge the device using a Belkin USB-C to USB-C cable plugged into a Belkin wall charger. I had to scramble to find and buy another power bank in Spain. Belkin did send a replacement, but it behaves almost no better. This device is very sensitive to the USB-C cables and power source. For example, my replacement will not, using the USB-C cable, charge my iPad Mini, but thinks it should be charged by the iPad Mini! Generally I like and have used Belkin products for years. This device feels improperly engineered. If the USB-C port cannot be used reliably to charge devices and the power bank, then add a switch or something to determine the ports use.

Charging the power bank only works with a narrow selection of cables, its very inconvenient, plus, you can't charge anything while charging the bank, it only starts charging your phone when you unplug the bank from power input, never seen something like it.

This product is ideal when I travel with my daughters. Two of us can recharge our devices simultaneously, and there is enough power for the third person to use after that. Great purchase!

I bought the Belkin 20000 mAh battery back a couple of weeks ago, it was working good up until I charged it one day and the battery drained out of it while charging. Now when I try to charge it with other chargers it won't charge, im pretty annoyed about it considering I bought it not long a go and it won't turn on

Power bank can fully charge my phone 5 times before I need to recharge it! It's been very convenient when traveling! I can also charge my phone when it's in my pocket. If I need to go outside in a hurry and forgot to charge the battery, it's been convenient to use this power bank, especially if I need to walk with my phone.
