i loved that registering my product made getting a new one super easy. I was worried about putting the protector on myself. Had several bubbles that I couldn't get rid of. Over the course of the day the bubbles worked better way out. Looks like a professional job. Super happy with this product.

I can really only give it a two. The screen protector cracked within two weeks of the Apple Store putting it on my new phone. I did have it registered, but by the time I finally looked into how to get a replacement, I realized that it would cost me $10 to have the replacement screen protector shipped to me -which I think is crappy! There should be a better way to get the replacement than paying an additional $10 for something that was guaranteed, but did not live up to its guarantee.

The screen protector has worked well for a year. It cracked recently. Unfortunately, I have had difficulty getting a replacement from Belkin under the current warranty, still in effect.

I am on my 4th Belkin glass protector since January. The first three times I drove 2 hours to the Apple Store to have it applied, and this last time I opted to have it sent to me and I took it to Best Buy to apply. They could not get it to stick. They applied another brand and didn't charge me. Before January on other phones I NEVER had a cracked screen. I have tried several different cases to no avail. Very frustrating.

With 48 hours my UltraGlass 2 Screen Protector had a hole in it, despite the fact that I was quite careful about putting my phone away. Didn't drop it or anything like that. Weak.

We signed on to the Belkin iPhone screen protector program that we understood to have no replacement cost. But when I needed to replace mine that was badly scratched, I learned that it would cost $10! I guess I was naive to think otherwise but $10? It probably costs pennies to manufacture and 2 stamps to send. Belkin is surely making a healthy profit margin! Why should that be surprising?

The screen is just fine, but it is no longer worth the expensive premium because Belkin has changed their warranty right out from under you. I used to vouch for these screens and their amazing warranty (I worked at Apple) but now I've found I'm having to pay $10 to replace my $40 screen. I've had this screen for two years and replaced it countless times, they've just up and changed how it's done for all screen protector purchases. Terrible decision, when you advertise such a warranty you should stick to it.

A hassle free warranty replacement would not involve being charged $10 to receive my replacement screen protector.. A hasslefree replacement would be walking into the Apple Store where I bought the screen protector in the first place, and then walking out 10 minutes later with a new screen protector installed at no cost. Even more annoying is that I am currently traveling. I manually typed in the correct shipping address on the Belkin website, but on checkout the manually entered shipping address was overridden to my registered address. Now my replacement screen protector is going to be shipped to the wrong address. Belkin does offer free shipping if you buy this from their website. Why not for the warranty replacement? Not great. I eagerly await tjhe Belkin automated response that will resolve absolutely nothing.

If there was an option for zero or negative stars that's what I'd choose. I've gone through three of these within like a month or two because they IMMEDIATELY PEEL AROUND THE EDGES. To get a replacement was more annoying to navigate and that one peeled immediately too. I hate this product and do not recommend.

This is a difficult registration process. From what is told when purchase to then registration.. The screen will save the phone.

I bought it from the apple store along with my new iPhone 17 Pro max. First of all there were bubbles after installation by an apple store employee. So he got a new one for me. But even on the second one there were bubbles. So, he told me that it will go away as you use it. Since, I had to travel after the purchase I couldn't stay at the store any longer after 2 hours. The bubbles never got removed. Secondly, this product has the worst figerprint resitance. It absorbs everything. It got scratched while keeping it in my denim jeans pocket. The worst quality. Thirdly, my phone fell from my pocket onto the side walk which is hardly 3 feet and they claim it has 7 feet dop resistance. A bunch of LIARS! The idiot screen protectore broke into pieces and damaged my iPhone's metal body rather. Seriously! this is what your scratch and drop resistance you claim?? Moreover upon going to the apple store again they shrugged their shoulders saying that I have to talk to Belkin. So on requesting a new on throuh their site under Lifetime Warranty they are chargin $10 as shipping fee for this piece of trash. I don't want your terrible product. Refund my money! you have cause me enough mental trouble by selling FAKE PRODUCT!

Edge chipped after less than two months. Guarantee only covers a direct crack through the center according to the Apple Store so I had to purchase another for $40. I've had cheap plastic covers for years and never had any problem. I will try one more and then that's it.

Sometime this year, the policy changed so that the screen protector purchased from Apple no longer has free exchanges. Instead, you have to pay shipping, which is not the same as before.

I bought the Belkin screen protector at the Apple Store in my community with my new phone for about $40. The product did not stand up particularly well and began to crack after about a week. After about 4 months it was cracked bad enough that I chose to replace it. At that time, I found out the "guarantee" was not as guaranteed as I thought; Belkin charges $10 for the shipping on the replacement. I was told this was a better screen protector, but it is about the same quality as any other tempered glass replacement; except those replacements cost a lot less than the Belkin product. Went with a different brand - I got two screens and two camera protectors for a little more than the $10 Belkin was going to charge me for shipping.
