I'm not sure if the issue was with the product or the installation done Apple Fifth Avenue, but exactly 2 weeks from date of purchase I saw spiderwebbing cracks on the screen protector on the top left corner. This was extremely surprising and disappointing, as I specifically bought this protector for a new iPhone 16 Pro that I care about.

Dry difficult to login and request a product replacement. Not even sure it went through since it found my picture of the result too large. Should be able to upload an iPhone image normally taken. Also, protector cracked within days of purchase without dropping!

My replacement still has not shown up. I spent alot of time Registering with Belkin, and requesting the replacement. BUT, Verizon damaged the first Protector by Belkin, please do not go there. Went to the Apple Store, they tried to install TWO with TWO different agents, both could not apply without air bubbles -- between the Belkin protector and the glass of my iPhone 17 PRO, new phone. I found the SPS Protector applied with a professional applicator was back ordered at the Apple Store. The one purchased through Apple on line was the DYI, (they don't tell you the difference) AND the TWO applied at the physical Apple Store were also the DYI. Very Poor Quality and methodology in my humble opinion. When I called Belkin to get a replacement for the DYI covered under the warrantee by Belkin I found out two things: There is such a thing as an SPS protector. The SPS is a protector called the SAME thing, no different language between DYI or SPS on the box. But, the SPS has a "professional application machine" rather than the DYI which is just hit or miss trying to get the air bubbles smoothed out. Good luck. You cannot get an SPS replacement for the DYI from Belkin if you recd. the DYI, therefore your replacement is a DYI. and 2) They don't even sell them to the public, the SPS with professional an application. So,when the Apple Store gets them back in store, hit or miss you can drive in my case an HOUR to ask: did the SPS come in yet? As they do not answer the phone at the actual store in Albany, NY. My recommendation is do not get this Belkin Protector. There is nothing transparent about the screen, the difference between DYI and SPS, and the DYI does not work , unless you like air bubbles and they move around and expand. :( Nothing about the experience was truthful or transparent.

It cracks with normal use. It has only been installed a couple weeks. If i use the side buttons it cracks the screen in those areas.

It cracked unfortunately and eventhough its still under guarantee, the website says its sold out so they cant replace it. No further explanation so I dont know what to expect. Assuming its for iPhone 15, im not getting a new one produced so.... that guarantee didnt work now did it? Hoping to be proven wrong ??

Waste of money. Purchased from the Apple store and was sold a lifetime warranty. The screen protector cracked and chipped within 2 weeks and cost $10 for a replacement. Doesn't hold up and cost $10 every time it has to be replaced. Better off finding another brand that doesn't cost $40. Very disappointed.

Don't buy this product! I was sold this product at Apple and was told that after I pay the initial fee, I would then get a replacement for free every single time and they would put it on my phone for free. This was not the case shipping was $10 just to have it come to my house a week later honestly more of a hassle than it's worth. when I brought it to the Apple Store for them to put it on for free, nobody wanted to help me

I give the product 5* I give the online process for setting up warranty coverage and reaching out to support a 1*. I've been trying to register since April 2026 and still haven't completed the process or received. Any emails. Notifying me that it's working. I just waited three hours for online tech-support after three attempts I finally gave up.

This was installed by Apple at the store, and it cracked all the way across the screen within the first week. The phone was not dropped, and so this was totally unexpected.

Horrendous product. This will be the 3rd time I have submitted a warranty replacement, this time for a cracked screen in 2 different places. Hoping someone at Belkin responds to this as I am trying to submit my replacement request on their UK website but it keeps redirecting me to US website

I can really only give it a two. The screen protector cracked within two weeks of the Apple Store putting it on my new phone. I did have it registered, but by the time I finally looked into how to get a replacement, I realized that it would cost me $10 to have the replacement screen protector shipped to me -which I think is crappy! There should be a better way to get the replacement than paying an additional $10 for something that was guaranteed, but did not live up to its guarantee.

i loved that registering my product made getting a new one super easy. I was worried about putting the protector on myself. Had several bubbles that I couldn't get rid of. Over the course of the day the bubbles worked better way out. Looks like a professional job. Super happy with this product.

I am on my 4th Belkin glass protector since January. The first three times I drove 2 hours to the Apple Store to have it applied, and this last time I opted to have it sent to me and I took it to Best Buy to apply. They could not get it to stick. They applied another brand and didn't charge me. Before January on other phones I NEVER had a cracked screen. I have tried several different cases to no avail. Very frustrating.

With 48 hours my UltraGlass 2 Screen Protector had a hole in it, despite the fact that I was quite careful about putting my phone away. Didn't drop it or anything like that. Weak.
