Great Tripod

Lightweight, but really solid build quality. Comes with a nice case, strap, etc. I use it with a variety of head types, (fluid, ball, etc) and its very stable, without too wide of a footprint.

Great tripod!

Great tripod! So much better than twist legs. (And better on my wrist) Worth every penny.

Very Satisfied

I have been using this tripod for about a year and it is surprisingly good for the price. Very sturdy but still light weight. I have a big professional model Manfrotto tripod but I get tired of carrying it around, and this little fella can do most of the jobs that big tripod can do. It works particularly well with my Zhiyun Crane to use like an extension pole that is also a tripod, making it very easy to balance the camera for set up or take a break from shooting.

Love these tripod legs!

I paired these tripod legs with the Really Right Stuff BH-40 ball head, and I love the combination! This tripod is a great value - sturdy, not overly heavy, and easy to set up with the flip lock legs. I have used this in salt water and blowing sand, and it has held up well so far with diligent cleaning. I do wish the center column could be removed, but it hasn't been a big limitation for me so far.

Light, Sturdy, Solid Performer

This is a very light, yet sturdy, tripod that has served well so far. I really like the low-angle shooting configuration, as well as being able to reverse the column. Would definitely recommend!

Sturdy, great value

Excellent for the money. It was a little tight at first. I just loosened the legs to suit me. Now it is great. The case is noce. It just barely fits legs plus manfrotto x-pro ball head. My brother saw my setup and now he has one just like it. You won't find better value for your money. I highly reccomend.

For spotting scope

Purchased this as my second tripod for spotting scope. Needed this one for travel. It is surprisingly light and stronger and simple in design. Exactly what I needed for spotting scope use.

Above average for price

Benro is a brand I trust and use often. Their products offer great quality for a reasonable price point. This tripod is no different. There is one issue that kept it from being a 5 star review: the tripod case has two zipper pulls, one of them is defective and does not close the teeth of the zipper. Minor, but not the first time a Benro case has been defective or worn out too easily. The tripod itself so far is what I wanted and what I expected, light, small, reliable.

Compact

I use this tripod as a wedding Cinematographer, up front to capture the processional. It's incognito, compact so to not get in the way of anyone. It's sturdy, easily adjustable & I prefer this leg locking system over the "turn to tighten" method.

Very solid Tripod

I received this tripod on Nov 4th. and I am quite happy with the quality. It came with a well made case with both a carrying handle and a carrying strap. I have not yet taken it out in the field but on first impressions I think it was an excellent purchase . Edward Newman

Sturdy and reliable

I've been using this for about a month now and it is clear that this is a well-built, high quality tripod. The customization possibilities are endless in terms of how much resistance you prefer in the various knobs. The carrying bag is also very nice and perfect for traveling.

Easy to Open Legs!

Intuitive and easy to open the (3) legs all the way to the ground. Great for Family portraits and for when you must shoot waaaay low like for children. Did I mention fast too.

Great Value

Bought this tripod as a smaller and easily packable version of my Carbon Enduro. Performs as well as a more expensive tripod, yet it's lighter and dependable. Like the flip locks. Great value.

Good for travel but not backpacking

Nice in between size. A bit heavy to backpack with. Solid and stable. Love the lever release legs. My other Benro had the twist lock and would often fail to engage fully. The lever type gives fast set up and you know it is locked. I ordered the shorter center column to allow me to get very low for macro or water. Fits in the suitcase much better than my big Gitzo. I used my B-1 head from my other Benro. Very pleased.
