This stand is great in the sense that it is light and folds up to a very compact size and fits on my camera bag perfectly.  It is not great in that is is very light and flexible when I use it with my Godox AD300 pro with 36 inch soft box.  Also, if you accidentally step on the legs (like I did), they will bend.
