I really love these knifes, I had a similar one I got while in Marines back in 2006. I like this type of model due to the complete metal and very reliable. Highly recommended, just don't lose it or let someone use it and not get it back.

The blade is perfectly centered. I have always bought Benchmade knives because of how reliable and well built they are. Unlike other companies, Benchmade stand behind their products and if you have any issues or you just want your knife to be serviced or sharpened you can always send it to them. Also, they can replace the blade on the knife which makes it more convenient than having to buy a whole new knife.

I've wanted this knife for a while so finally grabbed it. I like the weight overall. It's razor sharp I found out just messing with it inadvertently. The black coated blade is a must in my opinion. Comfortable to use started using it right away. It's my edc knife forever now.

I have two benchmade adamas auto, and now this new knife as usual I have no problems with the knife it holds up to abuse and trust me I am very hard on my knifes and benchmade also seems to impress me every time as far as I am concerned it's not a knife unless it's a benchmade

This is my third Benchmade knife. The Auto Presidio III, Black Aluminum is by far the best knife I have ever had. I carry it daily and it is always very reliable. A wonderful knife.

This is my second Benchmade knife. I bought my first at Sports man same model as the one I just purchased. This knives are the best knives I have ever had . I will be passing them on to my male grandchildren . Thanks for the quality. The first holster from Sportsman was great but the one I just ordered is thin and flimsy .other then that all good thanks.

Excellent knife! I bought this knife to replace a 9555 Rift that I recently lost. It has a similar feel in my hand and can be carried and easily open with either hand. I highly recommend this knife.

Bought for my son. He has his own business and is lost without his knife. He had this exact knife for two years...never without it. Lost it. Went back to job sites, no luck. So...I got him a duplicate for Christmas and he was beyond ecstatic. This may be a bit more expensive than you are used to...but do NOT hesitate. Best ever!!

Upon first opening, it is a very substantial knife, definitely not a small folding knife. I prefer it being heavy though. Between the affirmative spring lock and there being no wiggle in the blade, this knife should put up will all the abuse this old veteran can throw at it. I am a firefighter/paramedic and bought this knife freshly out of academy. This has been with me through thick and thin, never wavering in its dependability. It's light weight, strong and very comfortable carrying in my front pocket. I am always getting compliments from others about its fit and finish. I would buy this knife 100 times over and look forward to handing it down to my son. Great job Benchmade!

First off, the auto opening on this knife is clean. Strong. Not the strongest they make, but has opened every single time I've deployed it. If your looking for a work horse that you can beat the tar out of, that works every time, feels great in the hand and always supplies enough grip, and still looks clean when done this is the knife for you. I've used mine for many years, and my son has had his for a few. My nephew now owns one, and I just got another for a gift for a good friend. If you're a working man and want something you feel confident you can defend yourself with along with use it as a working tool, I think you've found what you're looking for. I even broke my blade and had them reprofile it and sharpen it, good as new. It's not a "pocket princess". It's your best working friend. I will definitely buy more of these. It's a tool I trust.

in the field I work in, I use this tool daily. its by far and wide the most reliable of my 200 piece collection. After a year or so of abuse, I used the Lifesharp warranty. Benchmade paid the shipping and returned my knife to me in basically new condition. FOR FREE. I can never use another brand again. I own 4 Benchmades, every one of them is worth every cent I paid. Wont use another brand. You get what you pay for, unless you buy a Benchmade, then you get more.

I have had my AFO Presidio for about 10 years now. I have carried this knife on a daily basis, on and off the job and it is still going strong. I sharpen it about twice to threes time a year, and it holds its sharpness well, despite being used almost on a daily basis. Best pocket blade I have ever owned and used in 30 plus years of law enforcement.

Great Knife! Love the action and the way it feels in my hand. Good weight, rides nicely in the pocket. Everyone that I've let check it out has fallen in love with it, and when we get into one of those 'check out my knife' discussion among new friends, it all stops when my knife comes out.
