I bought this product recently and we are very happy with it! It was easy to set up and connect to our sound bar using the Bose app. Great sound, easy to change settings with the app and thunderous bass when you want it.

The bass module it self works great, but you customer service, or shipping department has no logic, or don't care at all. I order white speakers both time, spend over 3 hours on the phone 3 different times, re send the speaker back, and now I'm stuck with 2 black speakers. Yes I can returned everything and get my money back, but who is going to pay me for all my time lost, and aggravation. I'm never ordering form you guys ever again.

A Christmas gift to myself. At first when connected I was have popping sound from the module. After some research and resetting the module has worked beautifully so far.

I have a Bose Ultra Soundbar and wanted the Bose Bass Module 700 for a long time. I finally got it !!! I should have got it sooner. It is fantastic !!! It has added such a rich, deep sound. Movies sound so much more dramatic with the full bottom sound it brings to life. Set up took 5 minutes, easy pairing. I definetly recommend the Bass Module 700 if you want to up your sound game.

Everything was good til the popping noise started to happen when I got everything set up. It's weird because I have a very old sound bar from Paradigm and I never had issues with that even when I put the bass module away from the sound bar wirelessly. I just wished that would have been fixed awhile ago from Bose. Now I have to set it up with a wire from Bose to see if that even fixes the issue and it kinda beats the purpose of having a wireless sub.

It has a unnecessary bubbling sound when using it thru Bluetooth and sometimes it got disconnected from the sound bar while using it, i tried contacting the customer support 2 times, we tried all the troubleshooting they know but still same issue, they want me to return the item and drop to the nearest courier, but the thing is the nearest courier to me was too far and i didn't have a car to drop it, the item was too heavy and if iim travelling buy bus it takes at least an hour to get there. I bought it taught that it was quality since bose is known for the speakers brand, but I'm wrong. The soundbar has a same issue of disconnecting unexpectedly and stop playing music for some seconds, the bose surround speakers 700 is too silent i cant even hear my music from behind. I just give myself a hard time and i feel like i just wasted my money buying a 2600 cad worth of home theater package.

I added this subwoofer about two weeks after getting the Ultra Soundbar and the addition was incredible. Ultra soundbar by itself is really good but this added layer takes it to an even higher (and deeper) level. Completely shook me when I heard it. Highly recommend if you can afford it.

This 700BM replaced a previous 700BM that broke and was returned for repair. Bose sent me this new one when they couldn't account for the old returned one. The Bose repair process is terribly broken and needs to be fixed but I still love Bose prices. Sound quality of the BM700 is good and tonally matches the other 700 pieces (soundbar and rear speakers).

I bought this subwoofer to pair with my JBL LX44s. This thing is a beast. It has fantastic bass that delivers crisp sound throughout the room. It has added a new level to the listening experience. I would 100% recommend it for a music set-up.

I bought the Bose ultra Smart sound bar by itself initially - I just couldn't justify buying the bass module at the time because of the high price. After purchasing the bass module, though, I don't think the soundbar should be sold *without* the bass module. It's what makes the whole duo worth it in my opinion. No regrets coughing up the extra dough for this piece.

The Bose 700 Bass Module sounds AMAZING when it's cranked up for a movie night, I literally feel it in my chest. I feel that it loses it's presence at lower volumes. I purchased two Bose Smart Ultra soundbars and two Bose Bass Modules 700's for two tv rooms. One room is much larger than the other, but my experience with both is the same, the bass driver needs more punch at lower volumes. I'm probably being nitpicky here, and I'm probably a little tone deaf at these frequencies from working in aviation, but my kids say the same thing. At reduced volumes we often put our hands on the top of it to "feel" if it's working or not.
