Pleased so far, sounds great, connects to my iPad and iPhone quickly. My only complaint is that it falls over backwards pretty easily, not really a problem, just a minor annoyance.

A recent purchase to update the 1st generation. Much easier to connect to Bluetooth?a pleasant surprise! I hear a more defined and articulate bass (I listen almost exclusively to Classical) so I know how much is dependent on the recording engineers but this speaker tries its best to compensate for what might be lacking.

I bought this from Bose's refurbished line, as it represented such excellent value for money. Surprisingly deep & punchy base & very strong & durable. Easy to set up using the app. Absolutely unmarked. You really wouldn't know it was "used". Thank you.

I bought these speakers on the advice of the salesperson at JB HiFi with the information that the two speakers would pair with ease and have a stereo effect. I was told the sound was great. Well it didn't happen. No matter what I tried over a period of a week there was no way I could pair them. The sound was good but I could not find anyway to pair them even looking at tutorials or contacting Bose support. I explained to their chatbot and no solution was offered which was disappointing as I thought I might have been offered two new speakers with the possibility I had purchased a dysfunctional unit. Instead I bought two JBL's and they paired immediately. Very very disappointed!

When I try to include an image of the base I added to your badly designed speaker (to prevent it from tipping over) this form gets all glitchy. Sound is good, but everything else sucks.

Ii have the original soundlink mini 2 and which i bought about 12 years ago. decided to upgrade to the new model, it was a good choice very happy with the sound quality and styling of the speaker.

I have always had a Bose wave for many years but this little speaker is something else, I purchased the speaker about a month ago, it is everything Bose says it is, it's brilliant, looks nice, great colour and amazing sound.

Needing a new portable speaker I decided to get the Soundlink flex. Seeing the 2nd gen was on sale made it even better. Bose delivered from the start - bought a.m. one day, delivered p.m. the next. Absolutely stunning service. Setup was a dream - although I had an older Bose app for my headphones, the speaker was picked up by Bluetooth immediately and then it told me I needed a newer app so it sent me off to the app store. Connection was simple, fast and no hassles. No wonder I am a Bose fanboi. The sound from the speaker is great - recognising that it is not a stadium speaker the sound and range it has is impressive. Bass is enough to be enjoyable and the volume is enough for me. Whilst it's not going trekking or in a wide open place it will be used in my garage and around the house so the volume is fine. The range of the bluetooth connection is good too, so your music don't stop if you walk away with the phone. I like the way you can hear the battery level by pushing a button. My only concern, after using it for a couple of hours, is that the base is a bit small and it can be tipped over easily. I am using it in a mechanical workshop so it will be moved about the bench and it has already done a swan dive off a small ledge. I'll just need to be mindful but wider feet might be better. End result is a happy customer with a new speaker.

I am really enjoying the soundlink flex 2 !! After researching blue tooth speakers off and on for a year, I finally chose Bose. Awesome sound and easy to carry on long trips. There are plenty of accessories on the market also for this speaker. I also chose to order directly from Bose because of the added perks !!!
