No complaints - easy to set up and connect to WiFi, sounds great, small enough to take anywhere that there's WiFi. Exactly what I needed to replace a very old, plug-in Bose speaker. A sales rep was very helpful in suggesting this purchase.

Yep the sound quality is great. It looks good. I'm using it for indoor purposes also of course I can take it outside as well. That's one of the good thing about it but what needs to happen with all this outdoor waterproof speakers is to allow people to plug-in and also have a zero latency so some people might want to use it you know in their bedroom for mixing you know DJing a cheaper way instead of buying an expensive monitor so that'll be one of an improvement for product.

I bought the sound link speaker over a couple of months ago as a replacement of my old one. I am super happy that I did, it's a fantastic little speaker, fits even in a handbag, not too heavy, and sounds amazing! I use it most days, battery life is great!

I love Bose have for over 20 years i remember my first one. It was the big heavy console with 2 speakers. This is the only speaker or system I will buy. I love the sound and so do my grandkids, they want to take it everywhere. I dont let them. I can take it in the show listen to music or whatever. I own the sound bar the larger speaker which is heaviest and now the water proof one. I've had 2 other water proof one in yellow and one in green. This new model is better. Only thing is to add a bass button. Like the one on the remote control for the sound bar and a remote for all the speakers. Water proof of course.The sound is fantastic and beautiful and loud how i like it. Can also use it's own sound adjuster and not depend on your phone or other devices. Over all great!!!

I've had this product for several weeks now and can't really fault it for the price. Note that i did get it on a special offer so paid less than £90. It has a good depth to the sound even at relatively low volume and good base. In addition to using it with my iphone for music streaming services, I also use the Soundlink with my home PC to boost its sound performance.

Excellent product. Purchased 3 weeks ago. I already own the Soundlink with the aluminium body. A fantastic speaker. I was initially worried that the Flex wouldn't be as good and even went as far as contacting Bose who allayed any concerns I had. The Flex it does what it says on the tin. Fantastic sound. Plenty of bass without burying the trebles. Works spot on with the app. Not a fan of apps and personally don't see the need for it. Although you do get access to a form of graphic equaliser if you're a bit of a tweaker. I personally can't say it improves the sound the Bose has as a default. The sound you hear when you turn it on out of the box. Slightly bigger than the old soundlink. Well constructed and with the added water/dust protection a plus. Great price. Purchased mine for just under £100 so a bargain to be had. Connection/ pairing is also spot on. No trouble at all. I compared it to a comparable competitor (Sonos) priced at £180 and the Flex blows it out of the water.

I have always been a Bose fan with quite a few of their different speakers and headphones. I wanted a speaker to take on holiday and this did not disappoint. It is very robust and has a great sound and punchy bass for its size and price tag. Very happy with it.

I purchased this a few weeks ago and very pleased with its performance. You can link both speakers in stereo mode as well as mono party mode. It is a petty you can only link two in party mode and can't add more to the system as I would have bought a few more. Base is incredible for just a small travel speaker.

I have "Cookie Bite" hearing loss, and according to AI, this was the best speaker for me. After trying other brands in the shop, I discovered AI was correct. Other brands that apparently rate higher sound distorted to me, but this sounds clear

Bought the Bose SoundLink Flex as a birthday gift for my husband and he is really impressed with its performance. It's compact, easy to carry, and the sound quality is excellent for such a small speaker. The bass is punchy, vocals are clear, and it gets plenty loud without sounding distorted. It also feels very well made and is great for taking outdoors. Bluetooth connection is quick and reliable, and the battery lasts well for everyday use. Overall, a brilliant little speaker and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!
