The ear bud concept is okay
Maybe it's me. The ear buds do not stay in. They fall out . Forget about walking around in them.

Great fit, sound, and comfort
The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are very comfortable compared to my Sony WX4's, before I returned them because of an apparent software update that affected the right earbud battery life. Sony was wonderful to deal with during my return and refund endeavor. I was in the earbuds market because I lost my JLab Sports Pro pair (inexpensive and the sound is comparable to their price).
I have several Bose devices, and their sound is top notch. At first, these earbuds were not giving me the bass. I thought it was because I had them at a low volume. Then in the song, entered the bass. Man oh man, that was fantastic. Even at a low volume, the quality is impeccable, in my novice ear opinion.
During this search, I saw sleep earbuds (can't remember the brand). I didn't understand the desire. With these earbuds, I now have the desire to use them when sleeping. They are comfortable and the sound is excellent. Why wouldn't I use them when sleeping and wake to my choice of music in my ear instead of the room.
I admit after a friend's suggestion, I continued shopping. I needed to be sure I wouldn't lose them on a bike ride; however, I settled on the sound quality above the fit.
Now that I have them, they are perfect. I didn't know about the stability rings. Now that I know about them, I'm sure they'll be fine for bike riding and gym workouts. And, I got three sets with my original purchase. Fantastic!
I keep touching the earbuds, and the song changed. Ha, I need to learn the settings.
Lastly, I ordered the earbuds from Bose directly. And I ordered them after two other direct orders. The earbuds arrived before either of the other orders. Bose has a fantastic logistics execution process.

Nice, but with issues
The sound is amazing, however there have been a couple of times the earbuds disconnect from my device without warning. The earbuds keep a solid charge, and I only have to charge the case once a week.

Works exactly as described!
These earbuds work really well. I bought these as a competitor to my son's Airpods that work as a "hearing aid in addition to all the other benefits. My Bose earbuds, as usual, has exceptional sound qualities and can completely eliminate ANY sound in quiet mode. Unfortunately, this particular model does not help me with my hearing. My mistaken purchase.

What will you get them to connect with?
These Quiet Comfort earbuds sound great. Especially with the sources they will actually connect to. But no matter what I've tried, they will not connect to my brand new Galaxy s25 ultra phone. So either help me connect, or help me return these things. Without a connection to my phone, they are less than half effective than I need them to be.

Returned Item - Waiting for Replacement
I bought this item via the Bose website. When i received it, packaging looked fine, but the item did not work. i could not pair it with my phone AND the right earbud didn't work (i managed to get some sound out of the left one). i have followed directions and returned the items. i will write an update to this review when i receive the replacement earbuds.

Bose QC Earbuds
This is just one of many Bose products that I own and it's amazing, just like the rest.
I have multiple Bose aviation headsets.
I have Bose QC headsets. I also have Bose in my truck and I own a couple of Bose portable speakers.
I cannot stress how awesome of a product Bose makes.

Mic Noise Canceling
My primary function was for business meetings that required mic noise canceling. Two weeks in, so far, no complaints. Sound is what you would expect from Bose and the battery life is very solid. The app has good relevant functionality, and the voice control is very cool.

Bose...Living up to expectations!
WOW! I'm impressed by the noise cancelation features of these earbuds. The best test was I used them while cutting grass. I COULD NOT HEAR THE LAWN MOWER! They are perfect for the gym. They tune out all outside noises. I lost my first pair of Bose earbuds... these are 10 times better. I can hear the faintest instruments in my music. Worth every penny!

I only had my earbuds for a few days, they never worked right. The left bud would not turn on automatically. When I would manually turn it on it would shut offer after a few seconds, and then both the right and the left would shut off. The representative from Customer Service who helped me was great. I was emailed a return shipping label (apparently the cheapest one UPS offers) which took a week (9/9 - 9/16) to find it's way back to Bose.
I normally wouldn't write a review of a product so early, but this is the third time you've requested a review.
You need to pay attention to Customer Service. Also better communication with the customer couldn't hurt.

Difficult insertion
The quiet comfort earbuds are wonderful once you get them in your ear. The negative is they are difficult to position in your ear. The silicone tore trying to maneuver them in. May return because of that issue.

Almost Perfect
I've owned the earbuds for a little over a week and appreciate the terrific sound and noise cancellation. Bose is my go to for audio and has been for almost twenty years. Unfortunately I have to take one star off because the QCE app is a little buggy. I have to delete and reload the app every other day because it stops connecting to the buds for some reason.

Won't stay in.
I've had Bose earbuds before with no problem. These were to replace my old ones, but have tried every combination of ear pieces and the will not stay in. If I bend over or move my head to fast they work loose. I do woodworking and looking down and bending over is part of it. Not very happy with them.

Bose Buds
The quality is good, but I'm unable to pair the buds with my TV. Pairing with TV was one of the main reasons I ordered these Earbuds. I have old Bose earbuds that can be easily paired.

Great Earbuds but?..
I purchased this because my 6 year old Bose Sports Earbuds started malfunctioning on the right side. I will say that the sound quality is excellent and the 2 levels of noise reduction works very well. The only downside is the Charging Case. This new version feels like the "Temu" version. The feel is cheap and when you open them it doesn't have the "strong" hinges that its predecessor did. I believe this will be the 1st thing to possibly fail. Time will tell. All in all a decent product.

Has connection issues
I bought these on August 23rd. Receive on the 25th. I have used these everyday since I received them. I am not happy with the intermintent connection to internet. I actually find that my Old BLX earbuds do better than the Bose. I may be rerurning these.

Not so great! Will fall out your ear!
I only have the left ear bud. The right fell out my ear and is nowhere to be found. I purchased this item on 8/23. I messaged customer service and no response.
