Never Rcvd. Ups delivered to the wrong city, not even wrong address. Tried calling bows multiple times customer service is so rude and their online assistant just left conversation in the middle, and it's been more than a week now. I'm nowhere. They have not issued a refund still investing. Even though I sent them a picture of the map where they were delivered. And they keep using word from day one that tgey have excelclated investigation. And it is two weeks now, money's out of my account. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR SITE EVER AGAIN.

These earbuds did not disappoint. Quality sound and excellent features. Fits well into ears unlike other brands. This is my 4th Bose product and glad I made this purchase. Will look for other products to purchase in the future.

I bought these for my 13 year old granddaughter and they are too big for her ears. Even the small earbuds are too big. I do not see smaller earbuds available.

I purchased these earbuds and, within just three to four days, they developed an intermittent screeching noise. On top of that, whenever there was even a slight breeze, the wind noise came through the earbuds strongly enough to distract from the music. I understand that no company is immune to the occasional defective product, and I don't hold that against Bose. What I do find disappointing is how the situation has been handled. Bose approved my warranty replacement and agreed to send me a brand-new pair, but I was told the process would take about a month. For a product that failed after only a few days of use, that turnaround time is unreasonable. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of the company. While I believe Bose makes a quality product, the customer service experience has overshadowed that. Because of the lengthy replacement process, I won't be purchasing Bose products again, and I can't recommend them to friends or family. It's disappointing to see good products undermined by poor customer service.

Bought these to replace an old pair that had developed a critical error. I'm very pleased with the sound quality and the noise cancelling is fantastic, the case feels a bit cheap compared to the old case.

I bought these to block the noise of an air conditioning unit and while they are good for that, I found the lack of control over the feature to be really really annoying. The software sucks, you can't turn off the voice prompts, the in ear detection thinks you've taken them off when you lie down, the Bluetooth also randomly turns off because it thinks you are asleep. I ended up sticking tape over the in ear detection to basically disable the in ear altogether. On the previous model you can turn it off in the app. This app has nothing, you can't turn off or turn down this voice that shouts things at you like "ready to pair" and "battery 100%" it's so bad, why isn't there a volume control or an off button for the voice prompts?

I own 4sets of Bose aviation headsets, 2 sound bars for my tv. I'm sorry the quiet comfort earbuds are awful and I know why they were on sale. I'm constantly having problems with them which means one bud or the other doesn't work at times. The rubber ring around one side has slipped off after 3uses. I've tried to put it back but it keeps coming off. I want my money back !!! How do I go about returning these. I would give them a zero amount of stars. I am very disappointed in the product. I bought them to replace a previous set of Bose earbuds that were also refusing to work in both ears. They were a couple of years old is the difference. Truthfully I feel your products should last longer then a few years let alone a few days. Dr Mabe

So far the ear buds have been sounding great and comfortable to wear. After more time using them, I will evaluate how well they hold a charge and if they remain in the ear without slipping. TBD

I'm still trying to get used to them. I have to study exactly how to fit them into my ear so they don't pop out which has happened a few times walking on the street. Basically you can't really take them out of the box and pop them in. Now i have to find them time to study.

I bought these and I'm so glad I did. The battery is great. I charge them like once a week. I use them for the gym. Noise cancellation is good and so is connectivity. When speaking on the phone, I can hear the call and the person I am talking to can hear me clearly. Overall good buy.

Great units with a nice full sound. Great noise cancelling facility. Bluetooth had issues disconnecting interminably and on one occasion lost the right side completely. Had to do a total reset and re-pair, not just disconnected and forget/re-add device. Quite frustrating at the time as it appeared there could be a fault.

I bought these a month ago. They are so comfortable. I also have the Ultra Noise Canceling ear buds, and I like these ear buds better. They fit in my ear easier and I hardly notice them. Sound quality is good also. Love them.

I bought these for my wife to replace her absolutely shoddy Skullcandy with Bose ear buds. The Bose ear buds are terrific! My wife is delighted. Skullcandy sucks and has horrible customer service. Nothing like Bose. Bose should divorce its relationshi with Skullcandy. They are hurting your reputation.

I really like my Bose Buds, as they are a replacement for an earlier pair purchased. However, the reason I bought Bose is for a 'quality item' that's well built and will last. My older pair packed up with only one bud able to connect to my devices. I Was under the impression that these could be repaired by Bose and I could have the older pair as spares. But your web site doesn't allow for them even to be assessed for repair and so I have serious questions about the longevity of the replacements. I asked in an earlier communication if somebody could get back to me and tell me why I can't get them repaired by Bose but have heard nothing. Whilst your website shows I can have the repair or upgrade option this is not the case. I am very disillusioned with Bose

I bought them a few weeks ago to replace my old Bose QC earbuds. One broke and I couldn't get it fixed. This is my third pair, and so far they are the least reliable. My pair from the previous generation had better noise reduction and never cut out, although they could be difficult to pair. My first generation are huge compared to these, but they are still very reliable and the had a case that charged on plate charger which I see they are bringing back. These don't seem to have the quietness of the previous pair no matter which combination of fittings that I try, and sometimes they just cut out and back. This happens regularly - at least once every 15-30 minutes. They also seem a bit tinny sounding compared to the previous generation, and the noise cancellation is a bit sporadic. I definitely had to turn off the voice command feature because if I spoke to anyone it tried to figure out what I wanted and was a distraction to my conversation.. I really like the colour though.

My daughter and I bought these for my husband. He had a problem at first charging them due to not getting them in the charging case correctly. He did figure out but he loves them! Will buy again. Made a great gift!
