Great sound as would be expected with a Bose product. Charging case feels a bit cheaper than I would expect. Most importantly, the Bluetooth connection keeps failing. The charging is good.

The sound of these is phenomenal. The battery life is great. I haven't quite gotten the fit right and am still experimenting to see which tip and which wing works best in which ear. The only 2 things I have issues with are the touch sensitivity, I appreciate all of the functions available but anything that even grazes one of the buds stops the playback, and the voice control. When it works it is fabulous but unfortunately unless you are in very quiet surroundings, the microphone is overwhelmed and simply doesn't work. I would highly recommend these, they just need some getting used to,

I had it originally purchased shockz open fit + 2 then ordered JBL 4 endurance earbuds returned both of them to go back to Bose earbuds by far the best quality best sounding best fitting earbuds on the market waste of time trying the other two products in my opinion Bose is the best sounding speakers/ earbuds thank you for making a great product.

Having been a long time Bose customer, I have always used over the ear headphones. But I decided to try the in ear noise canceling ones and I was immensely satisfied. They work wonderful whilst allowing me more freedom during long flights and work. Their noise cancellation work amazingly.

Fantastic earbuds, 2 thumbs up on all features, noise cancellation is off the chart, use them while cutting grass, no noise whatsoever, the only dig I can come up with, is side sleepers, it takes a bit of getting used to, I dropped down to the small ear piece and that helped, but they still protrude enough into the pillow to be uncomfortable.

Comfort level is weird. They fall out too easily and move around. The sound quality is amazing. I want to return them to be honest.

It is my first time purchasing Bose earbuds and I am so glad I have them. They are light and comfortable and the noise cancelling is amazing especially when I am on the train, the sound from the earbuds is crystal clear.

Not so happy with this purchase. When I first opened it up, my first thought was, I love this color!. Then when I grabbed it out, it was light and flimsy, cheaply made. I have 5 different Bose earphone products. This by far is the worst. The noise cancelling isn't as good as my Apple earbuds. The quality of the buds are crap, you would think because it's light, that it'd be comfortable, but it isn't. I wore them for two hours and my ears hurt. The color is pretty. But the product wasn't what I expected out of Bose. Don't buy these if you have other noise cancelling earbuds.

Wore these brand new earbuds for a run. I made it 3miles before the left earbud stopped working and now either squeals a loud tone or just a thump but no sound before turning all the way off. I've now had these not work during runs, the QC version 2 stop working, and the ultra free open ear earbuds stop working from fitness. Bose is not durable enough to last their year warranty and they only replace items once with à refurbished pair that last typically about 100days. Very very disappointed Bose has turned to crap.

Not impressed. Poor connection to mobile. Noise cancelling hit and miss. Earphones have to be positioned in ear just right to cancel noise. Biggest complaint is cannot switch off the function that allows you to tap the earbud to carry out certain operations (skip track, pause, change mode from quiet to aware, etc.) meaning any accidental touch or trying to adjust buds position in the ear results in unwanted action.

They fit comfortably in one's ear. The sound is sharp and noise cancellation is awesome. They are very sensitive to light touch so you have to make sure you don't try to adjust them or light ly touch them while you are on a call. All in all they are wonderful and worth the investment.

Bought airpod pros in May. With their automated ios update the noise canceling mode stopped working with my iphone 14. Other things with that update didn't work on my phone either. Contacting Apple was ridiculous. I even had AppleCare. I talked with 9 different people over 2 months and they completely killed my phone. I even had to buy a new phone from my mobile carrier paying off that phone Apple broke and full price for a new phone because I wasn't eligible for any upgrades with that iphone14 only a year old Apple costed me over $1500. Never again am I purchasing Apple products. I should have bought these instead. Not only are they cheaper i had no issues connecting to my new android phone and the sound is amazing. True noise canceling mode which I need. So comfortable in ears I forget im wearing them. The charge is amazing as well. All the color options are unbelievable. Only regret not buying these sooner

I bought these to replace my original QC buds which I manages to lose??. Overall these buds a generally good as I would expect from Bose products but in my experience they are not as good as the originals in terms of overall sound reproduction and, when cycling, there is definitely more wind noise then the originals. On the positive side, the fit is excellent from the perspective of snugness in the ear. If I had an option I would have purchased a set of original QC buds.

The sound is good. However, they do go out periodically even when my phone is right there; sometimes both, other times only one side. Also when you tap to pause, it pauses, but then moments later starts without me touching it. These are both inconsistent.

The features are nice, but they don't work you touch them. They stop trying to get the volume to go up. They stop again or they talk about noise cancellation just not good very disappointed even in the fit.

I bought these a month ago. The fit is very good. Clarity is not very good. Sometimes I gave to rewind to hear a word or a sentence. Noise cancelation is not as good as ultra. Also it crackles and I am wandering if they have a technical issue. The range from the source is decent.

I bought these ear buds after reading rave reviews about how good the noise cancellation is. I also have a pair of quiet comfort over ear headphones that I love, so was quite hopeful. I am left disappointed with the quality of noise cancellation. It seems there is no noise cancellation at all. I can hear everything around me and have to habe music at dangerous volume levels to drown out any form of background noise. Noise cancelling so poor that i can hear even the slightest sounds. Very disappointing considering the price point and other reviews. I will say that despite the oval shape, they are quite comfy to wear.
