These earbuds are the worse earbud every I wasted hard earned money on this junk. Wish I would have returned them they continue to stop playing on there on. I really wanted to love these but what a mistake purchasing these.word of advice keep your money .i can't even rate this junk.i was expecting more and better quality from Bose.thumbs down all away around.

I bought these earbuds because the battery doesn't last very long on my other set of bose earbuds, however, the newer set seems to "auto off" on their own when I'm side sleeping and I can't find anywhere to turn this feature off. Otherwise I really enjoy Bose QCE and sound quality.

I am happy I bought these to use at home where is there no noise other than what I am listening to on my Bose earbuds. Noise cancellation was acceptable given very little external noise. Pairing the earbuds with my iPhone and laptop was very easy using the Bose App. The sound quality from the earbuds is very good.

I have continued to have problems with the right bud not working. I have attempted to reset but sometimes it works and other it does not. I have owned for about two weeks.

I love my Ear Buds. The sound of music, podcast and audible books is crisp and clear. The quiet feature is awesome when working in the office. This feature blocks out the noise around me allowing me to better concentrate and focus on my work.

They sound great. I really want to love them. But I am struggling with the fit. They don't seem to want to stay in my ears. Particularly the left side. They were bigger than I expected them to be but that wouldnt bother me if I could find the right fit.

I didn't charge them out of the box, and when I put them in my ear it said "battery 100%". I used them for a couple of times and received the same prompt every time. Then one day, they were just completely dead, no change or countdown to battery life, that's why I gave 3 stars, which is really for the sound quality. Now I can't rely on the battery status if I take them out anywhere without worrying about them dying. Sound quality good, function / features suspect.

I love my Bose Comfort Earbuds. They truly are sound proof!! My husband will talk to me while I have them on , no music, I need to look at his lips to know he's speaking to me! Great sound when playing music. Charge fast and last a long time!

Every time I use these ear buds, they lose blue tooth connectivity. Comparatively, my other Bose ear buds (which I purchased a few years ago) run uninterrupted from Bluetooth connectivity. I'd be interested in exchanging the ear buds I purchased for blue Gen 2's Quiet Comfort earbuds. I'd like Bose Support to contact me to resolve this issue immediately.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my husband. They work great, but aren't charging correctly. Otherwise, they'd get a 5. (We're working on the problem with customer service.)

I bought these earphones a few weeks ago and I was very much surprised by the quality of the sound. It has a very good bass sound and voices on music are very clear. I had the apple earphones but the quality of the sound on the Bose is by far better.

I love these earbuds! The sound quality is amazing and they are super comfortable and stay in my ears really well. Taking one star off because when noise cancelling is on I hear a faint clicking in one of the earbuds. Not super noticeable when music is playing, but it's a little annoying.

Bought these for my partner to replace an older version of a similar model as we couldn't get proper silicone replacements for them. He feels the case feels cheaper, I think it just feels lighter and a nicer texture. He liked the button to open the old case, this one doesn't lock and just opens. Sound quality is as expected with any Bose product - very good! And he finds them very comfortable. Still wish we could have gotten replacement covers as there was nothing wrong with the old pair and they still worked fantastic (about 5 years old)

These earbuds sound great. I have two pair of the older Quiet Comfort II earbuds and they sound great too. No others come close. And a big thank you for redesigning the case. The older case was so clumsy and I would always drop one or both of the earbuds trying to retrieve them from the case. New case is absolutely fantastic. The people behind the redesign should get a huge pay raise. Thanks for a great product.

These earbuds perform exactly as I would expect from Bose - Excellent, which was the reason I bought them. Excellent fit with good battery life and when on noise cancel, well I do not get disturbed by outside noise.

I bought these as an upgrade to my previous two pairs of quiet comfort earbuds during the Black Friday sales event and really dislike the new ones. They are way too bulky for my liking and are too heavy to fit in my ears and stay put. They constantly fall out every time I move my head even slightly. I was really looking forward to buying these as I wanted the upgraded noise reduction. I wish I could return them after using them once and get my money back. I guess my ears are just too small to accommodate them.
