Sound quality is amazing

The sound quality is excellent and lives up to Bose expectations. I wish the small ear piece was a tiny bit smaller or they offered a smaller size. They do sit in my ear without falling out as quick as other brands! I also wish there was a way to disable the touch features - I would brush against them trying to move my hair and it would pause the song or change the audio experience EVERYTIME.

Outstanding comfort and exceptional quality

Bose quality in a refined package. The fit and finish are excellent, comfort is outstanding, the buds can be worn for hours with no soreness, and the sound quality is perfect for my ears. The bass is good, mids are on point. A weakness is the 3-band equaliser found in the app, if you want full control of your sound. Otherwise, a solid piece of kit that I recommend.

Great Earbuds

I bought these a few weeks ago and so far have been very happy with my purchase! The noise cancelling is very good and I'm a big fan of the immersion too. It took a little fiddling with tips and fins to get the best fit, but now that I figured it out they're super comfy. Definitely an improvement to my morning and afternoon commutes!

Superior to apple

I bought a pair earlier and loved the sound reproduction and the noise canceling is the best I've experienced. My wife and I both had the apple ear buds and, although they were very good in the sound the noise canceling was just ok. My wife had a problem with keeping the apple ear buds in her ears. The Bose ear buds lock in and stay in place.

Amazing product

I absolutely love these ear buds sooo much! I love all the new features, they fit amazingly well and stay in place all the time, and that I can customize my own sound profile preferences etc.. the I only con I can find is that when I'm listening in the car with the windows open it messes with the sound and same thing when the doors of the car open or close it makes suction I think or at least it feels like that and it messes with the sound too but other than that they're absolutely astounding and I love the immersive audio so freakin much!! :)

Supreme noise cancelling

I bought these for myself in purple expecting them to be good. I put them on and set noise cancelling and couldn't believe the lack of sound. I kept taking one out to confirm there was still noise around me. I then traded an old pair I had to get my husband a set in black.

Good, but room for improvment

Sound is amazing for earbuds and noise cancelling is top notch compared to other ear buds I've worn. Areas where there's room for improvement include: the direction the charging case opens could be better. The case snaps close often when I set it down on a counter while attempting to put the earbuds back in it. Also - the earbuds are difficult to actually pull out of the charging case. Finally, the lowest level of volume via the Bose app is too loud.

Exemplary performance

Have been using Bose QuietComfort earbuds since they were introduced. I have upgraded within weeks of teh new models being introduced, and upgraded to the second generation Ultras, not expecting a significant improvement. Wow! Did I misjudge the advancement in performance. The noise cancellation is superb, best I've ever experienced. Tonal delivery is very good but I would like to see more granular control in the equaliser (smaller frequency bands). Comfortable to wear for long periods, I forget I've got them in half the time. Highly recommend any Bose product as I have several and will continue to pay the premium price for superior delivery.

I had my old bose earphones for about 5 years, still working, but thought it's on sale and it must be better 5 years later BUT NOOOOO. My old bose noise cancelling is better AND the old one sounds AND fit better too ....

A bit bulky - love the color

I like the new design but actually miss the original! I have had several iterations of the nnoise canceling BOSE products and each one seems less of a fit for me. I love the quiet feature but there is so much else going on with the features. The blueberry color is fun but the design of the case and ear buds is bulky.

Heartbroken

Had the series before this one for about 2 yrs and I loved, loved, loved them. Went to Jamaica this past October on vacation and left them poolside??. I was in denial for a while to think that I would find them somewhere in my luggage, but when I didn't I decided to buy myself a Xmas present and I'm glad I did.
