This earbuds 2nd Gen are amazing. I love the way they look, I love the way they sound. The quality of the of the sound while listen podcasts and music is very clear. The quitecomfort feature just makes the sound even better. I've been a Bose customer for quite a while and I have different products from them, but definitely Bose continues to be the leader of the sound. These are some of my experiences with this new item: The quality of the sound, top notch. Definitely user friendly for meetings, travels or workouts. Sweat resistant. (And I'm pointing this out because I've had other brands and they stop working due to the sweat.) Great quality look. Excellent product.

The executive summary of my experience so far is pretty simple, THEY ARE FANTASTIC. That knowledge and several dollars will get you a coffee so here's a little more information. Over the years I've owned the first generation of Bose QC Ultra Earbuds, Apple's AirPods (Pro), and for quick cheap SoundCore Earbuds (A40) as well as a variety of Bose QuietComfort Headphones. I received the QuietComfort Ultra (2nd Gen) Earbuds and was pleasantly surprised at just how good they were at noise cancelling and how they reproduced sound. They were excellent but in my living room where I first tried them, isn't much of a test. Fortunately, I had to fly across country a few days after they arrived so I grabbed them, my SoundCore, and Bose QuietComfort Headphones so I could see how they compared on a long-ish flight. I expected them to beat the SoundCore but thought the true test would be comparing them to the headphones. Simply put they were better at noise cancelling and sound quality which surprised me. I really enjoyed the "Cinema" mode while watching a movie (The Martian) but found all the available modes worked as great. My one concern is on both the going and return flight a full charge lasted between 4 and 4.5 hours. So, international flights or full days on Zoom would require recharging somewhere in the day. I simply put them in their case and recharged them for about 20 minutes and that gave me 30% battery which allowed me to finish the flight in noise cancelled bliss. Don't hesitate to purchase these, they really are fantastic.

I snagged the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) in Black through their beta program in July 2025, a month before they hit shelves. At $299, theyre not cheap, but as a guy who lives for music and survives the daily grind of NYC commutes, Ive been putting these buds through their pacessweaty jogs, packed trains, and endless video calls. After a month, heres my unfiltered take, straight from the heart. 1. Sound That Hits Different These earbuds sing. Im no audio snob, but I know what makes my playlists pop. Spinning Tame Impalas "Feels Like We Only Go Backwards," the bass hums deep and warm, while vocals float cleanly over the mix. The Immersive Audio mode is like the bands playing in my skullperfect for zoning out to a movie on my phone. I messed with the EQ in the Bose Music app to nudge the mids up for podcasts, and it saves my tweaks like a charm. Against my AirPods Pro 2, these sound richer; Sonys WF-1000XM5 might win for nitpicky detail, but Bose nails the vibe for everyday jams. No crackle at full blast, and aptX Adaptive keeps my Bluetooth connection rock-solid. 2. Fit That Sticks At 6.24 grams per bud, theyre light enough for all-day wear. The box comes with nine ear tip and band combosmediums locked in perfectly for my ears. Ran a 5K in humid August heat, and they didnt budge, even when I was dripping. Theyre a tad chunky for smaller ears, but the IPX4 rating laughed off a drizzle during my evening walk. 3. ANC Thats Practically Magic Boses noise cancellation is still the champ. It turns subway clatter and office buzz into a whisper. The new adaptive tech handles wind noise way better than the last modelI barely noticed gusts on a breezy Brooklyn bridge stroll. Aware mode lets me eavesdrop on train announcements without that weird hollow effect. Calls? My voice comes through crisp, though a storm-level windstorm might sneak into the mics. 4. Battery & Build That Lasts Im getting the full 6 hours with ANC ondrops to 4 with Immersive Audio crankedand the case packs another 18 hours. Wireless charging is a lifesaver; I toss it on my Qi pad while I sleep. A 10-minute charge gives 2 hours, which saved me when I forgot to juice up before a gym sesh. The case is sleek, fits my pocket, and took a tumble onto my hardwood floor without a scratch. 5. The Not-So-Perfect Bits The touch controls drive me nuts sometimesbrushing my hair back pauses my music half the time. The apps slick but could let me tweak gestures more. And yeah, $299 stings if youre not obsessed with sound or ANC. 6. Why Theyre My New Faves These buds are my ride-or-die. They make morning runs feel cinematic and work calls less soul-crushing. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds II are hands-down the best-sounding earbuds I've ever tried. The Immersion and Cinematic modes are incredible-perfect for both music and movies. I use them daily and they never disappoint. The active noise cancellation is next-level. I can listen to audiobooks while mowing the lawn and still hear everything clearly without turning up the volume. My favorite feature is the multipoint Bluetooth connection. Switching between my phone, tablet, and TV is effortless thanks to the Bose app-it's super intuitive and reliable. Yes, they're pricey-but the performance, comfort, and features make them absolutely worth it.

I received the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds Generation 2 product complimentary from Bose and was asked to share my feedback after testing them. * Initial pairing challenge: Unsure if this was an isolated pairing experience or not. I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max that's running iOS 18.6.1. I went through the setup in the Bose app and pairing didn't work as expected/directed. Ultimately, I needed to connect the earbuds through the native iOS Bluetooth menu first and then the Bose app recognized the earbuds and the rest of setup continued flawlessly. * Gesture swiping: * I love the swipe up gesture to increase volume and swipe down to decrease volume. * Touch controls are easy to use. * Play, pause, skip, and reverse tracks controls work great in Apple Music. * Shortcut configuration for each earbud: This was incredibly easy to configure. My right earbud is set to use the Access Your Voice Assistant option and my left earbud is set to use the earbuds' Cycle Through Modes (e.g., aware, quiet, immersion) option. * Phone calls: Phone calls are crystal clear, both for me and the person on the other end. * Modes: * Active noise cancellation is insane; love this! * Aware mode is great; can leave earbuds in and know exactly what is going on around me * EQ in the Bose app sounds fantastic with immersion mode! * Battery life: * Battery life with Aware mode enabled = 6 hours medium volume * Battery life with Quiet mode enabled = 6 hours medium volume * Wireless charging: The wireless charging option is much appreciated. * Multipoint connectivity: Multipoint connectivity works great between an iPad and iPhone - watching a movie in iCloud was tested. * Automatic in-ear detection: Really like the functionality of the automatic in-ear detection; when you are listening with both earbuds and decide to take only one of them out of your ear, music automatically pauses. When you are listening with only one earbud and decide to take it out of your ear, the same result occurs. Ultimately, I give these two thumbs up. They are fantastic sounding and since I've tested and listened to music and podcasts, I've found myself reaching for them on a regular basis.

Long time user of Bose products and so when I got my QC Ultra Earbuds Gen 2 I was hopeful of something good. I wasn't disappointed, these are awesome. The sound quality, fit, comfort are all great but the Active Noise Cancellation is off the scale good. Well done Bose.

I use them when I go for a run. First I bought Apple Airpods 4, then I bought Airpods Pro 2. When I used to go running, these AirPods would come out of the ears But I have been very happy ever since I bought these Bose QC Ultra 2 earbuds. You can use them during play with complete confidence. And the sound quality is very excellent And they're much more awesome than all of Apple Airbuds. I love them

2 weeks old earbuds. ANC works once in while. Connection problems still exists, like v1. Right earbud not working, reset the earbuds now left earbud isn't working. Reset again. 2 earbuds back sound but right bud has lower volume. I've contacted service and can wait for a repair instead of a replacement.

I do notice better sound quality, but like the ability to turn off touch controls, when listening to audiobooks at night. Gen 1s were too sensitive. And the earwax guard makes sense. Looking forward to future updates.

I have many Bose products and very happy with the engineering, product and sound quality. However, I cannot stop the thumping noise during runs. I've tried each of the ( fitment variations and mode settings to no satisfaction. Unfortunately, I will be returning these.
