These are the best earbuds I have ever purchased. They fit great and are comfortable to wear for long periods at a time. The app has a little drawback in you can't see the power level for either the earbuds or the case if you are not wearing them at the time. The sound quality is great, just what you would expect from Bose. The best feature by far is the noise canceling. I have other noise canceling headphones but nothing like these Bose earbuds. Even in crowded places with a lot of background noise, they block out everything, except for the voices inside my head. They are a must buy according to the voices.

I thought the Gen 1 were perfect, but the Gen 2 are even better! The multi-device support is so seamless that it's practically magic. The sound is clear and crisp with impressive bass. The noise cancellation is of course excellent. The wireless charging is much appreciated when you need it - the battery easily lasts all day. The complaint I had with my old ones was the outer ear silicone would rotate, but the new diagnostic keeps them firmly in place for all day wearing.

I am using SONY WF-1000XM6 comparing with that I am not happy with bose build quality, sound quality, & price. I contacted customer service for some doubt but till now no reply from there side, so disappointed

Great performance earbuds but fitting options mean one earbud doesn't seat well and constantly falling out. Ideally, need another extra small tip option.

These are the first set of earbuds out of several sets that I've purchased that stay in my ears and I don't have to constantly keep reseating them in my ears because they are about to fall out. The noise isolation is fantastic. I wear them when I mow my yard with a rear engine riding mower and I can cancel out the 22.5 hp engine directly behind me! The battery life is very good and they are so comfortable when I wear them I can forget I have them in my ears.

They are great! I can travel round London without hearing the noise of the tube but able to listen to great music and hear announcements. The controls took me a little while to learn. After a week I'm confident with them. They're also really clear for phone calls or online meetings.

I use my ear buds for hearing protection whilst using mowers, whipper snippets, blowers and hedgers. The ANC is fantastic. The sound is fantastic. Be great if the batteries lasted longer.

The earbuds have legendary Bose sound that's incredible. However the sound and functions are very hard to use as they are so sensitive. For instance when I change the volume I often stop the music and have to start the song again. I also find that keeping them snug in my ear is challenging, especially with activity.

This is my second pair of these fine Bose products. I had to replace my previous set that I lost during a recent trip to Washington DC. That's a long story won't get any more in to that but absolutely loved them and had to cough up for some again. The sound quality is phenomenal only wish they were just a bit louder volume-wise. Highly recommend these earbuds just buy them don't think you will be disappointed. The noise reduction feature is amazing. Use it when I want to sleep on the plane! A must-have for frequent flyer!!

Bought this item recently and overall happy with it. But there's room for imprisonment: the surface of the earbuds is extremely sensitive which results in a change of output quality without intent. Increasing and decreasing the volume from pushing up or down on the surface hardly functions. Touching the surface changes settings too easily. The volume level is also not great.

all good for ANC and sound quality, but call quality and connectivity using my android phone is average compared to samsug bud pro2, also disappointed by the charge time, I left it outside the cage for few hours (used only for 2 hours but left outside for say 4hrs or so) and it drained out completely! very disappointing! should have more aggressive sensers to know when not in use and sleep to save battery!
