I bought these as a birthday present to myself to replace my Apple earbuds that weren't holding a charge very long anymore. I am so pleased I made this purchase. The delivery was quick and the online manual for the earbuds gestures was a great help. Excellent Bose sound!

Application does not always works proper. It's been just about a month and I had to recently reinstall the app. Just doesn't see the device at all but after reinstalled finds again itself

I have had many earbuds over the year and these are simply the best. Price is expensive but maybe you do get what you pay for. They are easy to connect and with the voice telling you the status etc easy to navigate.

The Bose Quiet comfort gen 2 provide good sound quality and silence most of the ambient sound when at the gym. They sink to my phone or other paired devices. My biggest complaint is the difficulty connecting to the Bose app on the phone. It requires several attempts before the Bose app sees the earbuds and case, often requiring a press of the Bluetooth syncing button on the case before the app can find the QC's and case.

I bought these based on reviews stating that along with great sound quality the noise cancelling was equivalent to over ear headphones, which as a commuter was a priority, exceeded my expectations, definitely a buy once cry once purchase

Honestly they are not as comfortable as the older version, nor do they sound better, actually they don't sound very good at all. I work in a noisy environment and the others had the noise cancelling that was great for me to listen and answer the phone. Now I can barely hear the music or hear the phone ring, regardless of what setting I use. If I had the chance I'd can these an go back to the older version.

These earphones allow me to hear music like no other pair. The noise cancelling is impressive, and allows you to hear the music with a lower volume. Beautiful earphones I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a Bose consumer since the Bose 301/501 speaker days, and was satisfied 90% of the time. The QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) are awesome. The sound quality is outstanding.

The sound and ANC are amazing. Great fit as well. The only thing I have an issue with is connecting to my phone. Sometimes I have no issues at all. At other times it just won't connect. I have to delete the app from my phone and unpair as well. Sometimes that doesn't work. then 10 mins later it'll connect. I made sure it is fully updated the app and the buds. not sure why this happens. I have the S26 ultra. I can't imagine it's the phone. My old WH-1000XM3 and and WH-1000XM5 ear buds connect with no problem. If Bose has a solution please let me know. I love these!!!

Not as good is the first generation from the Quiet perspective. Not sure what the issue is, technology or perhaps the eartips/stability bands are not as good as the eartips from the first generation for blocking out extra noise. Have tried different combinations of the various eartips/stabnility band sizes, but either caused the earbuds to fall out or didn't seem to physically block out noise. On a positive note, the sound is better. Rather disappointing and not sure they are worth the money.

This is my second set of BQC Ultra Earbuds. The first set I had for at least 9 years. Still works, but the rubber piece that attaches to (surrounds) the device body was lost. (Not the rubber in-earpiece) I did not know they could be replaced. However, the best noise canceling in existence for earbuds. FANTASTIC!! Your apps could be more user friendly though. It is sometimes difficult to program and adjust. Also, it would be nice to design and include XL earbud nipples though. Or at least have them available as an accessory.

Loves these ear buds. They are so comfortable and the sound from them is out of this world. I gave away my Skull candy ones I had as they didn't come close to this quality. I also have bose surround sound for our entertainment room. They are fantastic as well

I bought these to replace my QC buds 2020 and they are stellar. Excellent sound quality and ANC is fantastic. They were very plug and play, with all of the usual controls pretty much the same as the last set I had so I didn't have to do much learning.

If I could give zero stars I would, they are on their way back to Bose's. The right ear bud stopped charging shortly after I started using it. Went back to using old Bose ear buds, questioning why I spent the money to upgrade a product that I used every day for a few years with no issues.

I bought them a week or so ago to replace my older Bose earbuds - Gen 1. Great sound improvement. They seem to be more secure in the ear too. This is my 3rd set of Bose earbuds buds and definitely the best sound.
