This item arrived pin a battered box that appeared to have escaped a battle. One side of the enclosure was torn and may be the reason why one of the external batteries was not in the box. If I didn't need this item right away, I would have returned it. The unit works well, however, I can only use 1 of them with the external battery. My crew didn't take pictures of the box until it was already opened so I can't show proof.

Item works well when plugged up but missing 1 External battery.

Our equipment will be used for the San Diego Police officers Association vieo productions.  we will be making PSAs, video podcasts and documentaries.  This equipment will be a major asset to our production team
