The best headphones! I got these primarily for work - I wanted the best noise cancelling & these are IT! Love the long battery life & how comfortable they are (I can wear them all day with glasses). Plus, they don't fall off if you're wearing them while working out!

This is my second pair. 1stGen but now Gen2's. I love the finish of the black & gold. Very comfy.

When my over-ear headphones started glitching out, I knew I had to find another pair immediately. I jumped on the Sony XM6's at first, but I quickly realized I didn't like the design and that most of the new features are essentially useless in NYC (like the volume lowering when you're speaking so you can hear during a conversation, but the mic picks up every little sound including the 8 million people around you, so my volume was constantly lowering when I wasn't speaking to anyone.) I decided to switch to these and I'm VERY happy with the design and color choices and how the headphones sound overall. I love the immersion mode even though it does drain the battery pretty quickly in conjunction with noise cancellation. I do think the ANC is slightly better on the XM6's, but I'm much happier with every feature overall on the QC2's.

Expensive for what they are and annoying that within days of paying full price direct from Bose, they reduced price by £50. Phoned customer service and to avoid queue, system said they would call me back but they didn't bother.

Product quality and materials seem lower than previous QC models. From the volume and touch controls it seems lower cost decisions were. The controls are not as user friendly or intuitive as previous versions. There is a new noise (non verbal ) prompt that kept coming up switch meant it kept switching from one device to another but I couldn't figure out why it kept beeping which made things confusing what was going on without a verbal prompt. Seems this product went a few steps back from what worked perfectly fine in previous model QCs or my 700s. Overall I think the materials feel subpar and shouldn't mean a headset at this price point nor do they feel premium like my 700s did. The sound quality is excellent along with the noise canceling which is one of the main reasons I've continued to purchase Bose products but the materials quality on these new ones feels subpar/ cheap/ fragile .

They are so light, I barely feel them on my head. I can easily where them all day.. They sound spectacular for my taste. I don't like too much base so I have them at factory setting and it sounds really well balanced to me. I love the quality of the material as well and the colors are very appealing. The noise cancelling is the best in the business.

Bought as replacement to my older Bose earbuds. Beautiful look, sound and great features. My one disappointment is that the noise cancelling was not as strong as I had hoped.

Got these for my wife for when she travels. Noise cancelling on the plane was a large consideration. I liked these very much when I tried them. Bose sound is wonderful, they are ver light and extremely comfortable. I haven't tried all the options, but there are enough to sattisfy every need..

I bought these thinking they would be better for in office use. They have not been able to cancel out nearly as much noise as I was hoping they would and sadly I think I will have to use my Sonys again. I'm really disappointed as I paid a lot of money for them and didn't get much product for the money.

These are such a disappointment compared to my old, tried and true Boses that I've had for at least 9 years. I've actually taken to using my old ones instead of these ones most of the time. These have an updated look and our Beautiful, but unfortunately they just suck. Occasionally they will cut out altogether, even if I have them only connected to one device. They don't find my source reliably, even when it is in my pocket, or next to where I'm sitting. Never mind dog walks when my phone is in my back pocket. It will just cut out constantly in those cases. If I were not so outrageously lazy I would send them right back because they were a lot of money to be this disappointed. Have a look at Reddit, this is a common problem, and the only way to stop it from cutting out when you're listening to music or books or anything else? You have to disable certain features. So all these new features they've introduced become useless because their Bluetooth technology just sucks.

Good headphones. Convenient lossless resolution wired USB C listening. Good foldable design. Weird bubble sounds when noise cancelling mode encounters bumpy bus rides. Bass is good but not overpowering. Mic quality is okay. AirPods Max2 mic is better.

I love my new Bose Ultra Headphones! Sound, comfort all incredible! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the mechanics of it do take some getting used to. Maybe because I was just used to my old Bose but the new ones don't seem to work as efficiently. It's hard to know exactly when they're on or off. And they don't fit in the case as nicely as the old ones. But I would still only purchase Bose.
