I purchased these headphones a month ago online directly from Bose and couldn't be happier! The delivery was unbelievably fast, communication amazing and the packaging and quality of this product is beautiful. I love the sandstone and gold color for a little bit of a bougie touch and the travel case was a huge bonus as I have purchased for traveling. The noise cancelling is the best I've experienced and I'm sure to get some sleep on the plane now using the immersion setting and playing my favorite meditation music. I love the change between ears when you move your head, putting a map on the music. Very clever and fun! Using the app alongside gives even more control to my listening experience, right at my fingertips. Will buy again for my partner to upgrade his old pair.

I bought these headphones as retirement for my husband. He is very happy with them. His old ones had broken and we have a number of Bose items as we know they are of a god quality and worth then investment. I choose some headphones that had blue tooth connectivity as this suited him the best. He is very pleased with the sound quality and other features that are associated with these headphones. Overall, good quality sound and build. Great features, look great. Would recommend.

I deliberated about this purchase, not cheap. However, they are amazing. Buttery soft and light on my head. Covers my whole ear in comfort. The sound is amazing, crisp and clear. I'm able to switch between totall emersion to sidelining the world which is great for sitting it the world to needing to be aware of my surroundings

I bought this about a month ago, and I am so glad I did. In fairness, it is expensive, immersive audio isn't great and the EQ is very limited. But the sound quality you get from that limited EQ is insane and the noise cancellation is just incredible, especially coming from smaller earbuds.

Thought buying the updated version of the Quiet QC headphones would be good, but sorry Bose, they are not as good as my old pair, I find them ill fitting, the charge doesn't last anywhere near as long as my 8 year old pair. And I am thinking of returning them

Good product works well very comfortable however the purchasing process from both directly was ridiculous. The welcome 10% discount code did not work. Purchasing two sets cost as a discounted bundle buy cost more than buying two sets separately. The refurbished version is only £10 cheaper than the new one and the delivery dates mean nothing. After being on the phone and or chat for nearly an hour. Eventually, I had to buy them at full price wait for them to be delivered. And then contact them again for them to apply refund a week later bit of a joke really.

I LOVE THESE HEADPHONES SO MUCH!! I am autistic and the noise cancelling is INCREDIBLE. I got them like a month or two ago and have had no issues. J'ai acheté mon casque il y a moins d'un mois. Je le teste dans différentes situations. Je l'aime beaucoup jusqu'à maintenant. J'aurais aimé par contre une meilleure réduction de bruit spécifiquement pour la circulation automobile et motos. Jusqu'à maintenant, je n'ai pas encore vu de grande amélioration pour ce type de bruits. Par contre, pour les voix et plusieurs petits bruits ambiants dans la maison, c'est vraiment génial.

I purchased these 3 weeks ago, I never received them and still waiting for a refund. The address I provided was changed by someone in shipping and they were sent somewhere else that did not exist. I contacted Bose 3 times to correct it as soon as the error by Bose was made but the could not correct it and were unwilling to contact Purolator to correct their error. They are now waiting to receive the product back in order to issue the refund.
