These earphone are fantastic and hold a great charge. Very light and comfortable. I wouldnt buy anything else.

I have owned thesefor quite some time. When there are no problems, these works amazingly. Can't beat the sound or noise cancellation. However there seem to be so many issues. It stems mostly from not connecting properly, Bluetooth not always syncing. Make sure the headphones are going into the charger without any thing impeding the connection or it won't charge. A lot of trial and error with these

I have had the older version for a few years and the clarity of sound and tones is great. The earbuds nearly eliminate 100% of all outside noise so I can enjoy whatever I am listening to. The only issue I have had is that at least one will fall out of my ear if working around cleaning the yard or house. Would love a set that is more "sport" friendly for the times when safety may not be a concern.

It's a decent pair of earbuds. I own three different Bose earbuds and these are my least favorite. The noise cancellation is definitely a lower quality than some of their other earbuds, which the price point does accurately reflect, but they still provide quality sound and work just fine.

I am pro Bose and have been buying Bose for over 30 years. My recent purchase of my quite comfort earphones has come with a disappointment. The ear buds don't charge well and can when they do charge only one wants to work. When they both work they die in about 10 mins.

I'm a Bose fan for life. I love my Diamond Dust earbuds and the difference they make in bringing my music to life. I've found nothing of matching quality when it comes to superb sound, ease of use, and affordability.

I've had my ear buds for over a year and have been extremely happy with them. I purchased these to use while I am doing lawn care and shop work. I had tried other noise canceling ear devices and the quality, durability and fit were substandard. I have small ear canals and trying to find a comfortable fit was difficult. With the variety of sizes availables through Bose, I found a perfect fit that is comfortable and keeps the ears buds secure while I use them.

I've been using my Bose quiet comfort ear buds for 3 years to save my hearing while mowing. I can mow for hours while listening to a book or music without outside clatter or engine noise! Even with the volume turned down the narrative of my audiobook is crystal clear. I have recommended them to several of my friends and acquaintances.

I have shad my Bose earbuds for several years now. I have never regretted my purchase. The sound is crystal clear. Noise cancellation is the best, no interference only great sound. I have a pair of other name brand earbuds and there is no comparison. I love my Bose Earbuds

I have multiple pairs of Bose headphones and earbuds and they are the best you can buy. I bought these so I could use them at work when I am mowing grass, because the anc works so well it blocks out the loud noise from the mower.

Another example of an excellent Bose product! The sound is powerful yet not overpowering and the ANC does wonders in blocking out the world around me. Finally, the price point isn't too bad either! Highly recommend!

I traded these in for my 2 yr old QC earbuds. While the sound is excellent, especially the immersion feature, I have a couple of issues with them. First, they don't fit quite as well as the QC's, even with the adjustable inserts. Also, they're very sensitive to touch. If I try to adjust them while listening, it will sense this as a tap. I've had to disable that feature. Overall, very good product and I would get them again.

I've bought like 3 pairs of these I lost one one broke and I'm on another refurbished set today. The only problem I tend to have with these are that after a while they start to go all static for some reason not sure why but they are very expensive to keep buying more so this will probably be my last pair ever unless that issue gets resolved.

I've gone through three sets of these headphones. Bose will honor the warranty, but they send remanufactured replacements, and those seem to last about half as long as the originals. They initially refused to warranty my most recent pair because it was outside the original purchase timeframe. Fortunately, I had just bought a soundbar with a money-back guarantee. I told them that if they weren't going to honor the warranty on my headphones, I would return the soundbar. That changed their mind, and they agreed to replace my headphones. If I could give them zero stars I would. It's unfortunate the sound quality is great. The battery and case quality is trash.

I bought these earbuds about 5 years ago, and they are still going strong. The only drawback to the design, which may have been fixed in later versions, is that I've a been unable to clean some of the ear wax from the earbuds, and it has caused some rusting over time. The rust has not affected the performance of the earbuds.
