Very pleased with this speaker! Incredible sound! Worth every penny. The rubber texture makes it super cool, and I also like the fact that if you drop it in water, it can float. Connection is very simple and quick. The range between the speaker and my phone is just perfect. Thank you.

I have "Cookie Bite" hearing loss, and according to AI, this was the best speaker for me. After trying other brands in the shop, I discovered AI was correct. Other brands that apparently rate higher sound distorted to me, but this sounds clear

Bought the Bose SoundLink Flex as a birthday gift for my husband and he is really impressed with its performance. It's compact, easy to carry, and the sound quality is excellent for such a small speaker. The bass is punchy, vocals are clear, and it gets plenty loud without sounding distorted. It also feels very well made and is great for taking outdoors. Bluetooth connection is quick and reliable, and the battery lasts well for everyday use. Overall, a brilliant little speaker and definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

I ordered the speaker over a month ago and I have still not received it. Have called several times I have even picked out another color that I cannot get. It's on backorder. This whole experience has been very overwhelming. I purchased it as a gift for someone needless to say they never received their gift.

It holds true to the quality sound system. It was a little bigger than I hoped and was disappointed when the price dropped $50 one week after I purchased it. Any way I can get that refunded to my card?

Having tried other brands I'll be sticking with Bose , this speaker is top quality and durable for summer days /nights in the garden or to simply move from room to room in the house whilst cooking /cleaning Very pleased with the speaker

Speaker works fine - awesome bass for its size, clarity is very crisp, and the app works seamlessly to adjust equaliser settings. It connects very easily to two devices, and has a very long battery life at a relatively high output. I'm very happy with it.

I bought two speakers as a birthday gift for my daughter to use with her record player and phone. The sound quality is amazing excellent and she loves the colour. I paid for express delivery but it didn't arrive in the suggested timeline so it missed her birthday.

Upgrading from the Bose Micro gen1 (broken strap). The sound on the Flex is definitely fuller. I have a bigger room now and it seems adequate for that. My main use case is for using on my kayak. I need waterproof and also the mic. The Micro gen2 no longer has a microphone, hence I had to upgrade to Flex. I expected louder/more powerful sound as compared to Micro, but it sounds almost the same. But it is definitely an audible difference in sound stage. It is richer and more pronounced. The build quality is also really nice and the speaker feels solid build. Two things I would like to see in the Flex: 1. More output power/ loudness than the Micro. 2. This speaker lacks bass as standard. I played with the EQ in the Bose app (used to be Bose Connect for the Micro). While I was able to make it a bit better, I would expect it to be deeper and more volume on the Flex. I am really impressed with both the Micro and the Flex, but expected a bit more out of the Flex. Overall, good product! Would recommend.

I'm very unhappy. I never received the product and UPS left a post it on my door that the investigation is closed. I did purchase an extended warranty. I'm going to check on that as well. But as of now, I guess I'm out of luck. It really stinks. I was truly looking forward to trying this product.

My mistake though was expecting to much from a £100 Bluetooth speaker even though it was a Bose, I did though see and hear a totally unknown named speaker for about the same price which was larger and had a far superior volume level AND sound quality, but I thought that if I bought a Bose speaker that it would be equally as good if not better. My bac. ??

Great units, the bass and treble response are excellent. I bought 2 as I cannot live without stereo and both units updated their firmware fairly quickly and the stereo imaging was excellent and the stereo setup was very easy. Really great product. Will see how the batteries do but the volume was more then acceptable and I like it loud !!
