I was so excited to get these ear buds. But I have to say, I'm super disappointed in the battery life. After a full charge, (I timed it this morning) at 100%, I started my audio book at 8:58 am and at 3:33 pm, my right earbud died. The right always gives out first. Super disappointing. The left will get about another 20 minutes, then it will die. I had Tozo earbuds for a couple years and admittedly the sound quality and clarity wasn't as nice and clear as Bose. When I first got them however, I could go 2 full 8-hour workdays (I actually think 3 days) before I needed a charge. The Bose fit well and are comfortable, but not more comfortable than what I had previously. All in all - they're fine...but not for the money.

For someone who can't get earbuds to stay in these have been brilliant quality build and sound great the only issue I have is they are stated as Made for IPhone which I don't get as they do not show up on find my iPhone and even the Bose app won't find them which is disappointing I really don't get why this feature is not available it's 2026!!!!!

I love the fit of these earbuds! I rated them 3 stars because of the connection issues, the bass is not that great. Talking on the phone is not good unless you are talking in a super quiet room.

Je suis épaté par l'effet. Je peux porter mes pods même lorsque je suis en famille avec l'impression que la Musique joue autour de moi sans déranger personne. Magique pour la course et marche en forêt ou rue. Ils sont aussi parfait pour entendre en écoutant de la Musique au travail pour écrire pendant qu'il faut être attentif au sons environnant. Une beau wow!! Cela ne remplace pas des Pods fermé ou qui entre dans les oreilles qui selon moi ont une autre utilité ( tondeuse, endroit très bruyant ) .

These are amazing. I don't like sticking things in my ears, so buds have always been annoying. These are so amazing, comfortable, and the sound is incredible. I also enjoy being able to hear things happening around me while listening. I will buy again for sure!

Way better than I expected. I have tried a bunch of different earbuds in the last year, trying to find a really good pair. No matter how much I spent, they had problems. I finally gave up and bought the Bose ultra open when they were on sale. The way they fit is extremely comfortable. The sound quality is typical high level Bose. I wasted a lot of money before buying these, but I'm glad I finally did.These are the very best open ear buds i've ever had.

I am debating on whether or not to return these earbuds. I love the sound quality. I love the aspect of open ear. I do not enjoy the fit. It hurts my ears after about an hour, and I often have to adjust the earbuds to hear different formats everything else about the earbuds are superior to all the earbuds I've ever owned, but the fit is just not working for me. When I need isolation it is not an option with open earbuds. I would really like to have in earbuds that enhance ambient sound with the sound quality that Bose provides only Bose. I want the enhancement of ambient sound because I have a 25% hearing deficit due to my career as a first responder.

Bought a few weeks ago - cannot believe how AMAZING they are. Barely remember I'm wearing them. Comfy and stylish. Highly recommend as an alternative to in ear as I found they slipped out when I was gardening. These ultra open stay put - never have to re-adjust and live in my ears all day whilst I tend my garden. Love these - and it also helps with he buttons - easy to press when you need to stop/FF or hold a conversation.

I am not really happy with this product.. it good if your in a gym environment where the music is low and your trying to listen to a podcast whilst training. But outside the traffic noise overpowers so really you cannot hear the podcast. But if you're trying to watch a movie in flight you cannot hear anything. I had to use my AirPods to watch the movie so not really a good product. The problem is I bought them and I did not travel until 4th July so my money back guarantee was n not valid.

Bought these for my Father's Day gift greatest purchase ever! I recently broke my in ear quiet comfort buds and was looking for an upgrade, I really love the open ear it helps with conversations and being aware. They fit really well with little movement to fall off. Has the best battery life I yet had my buds die on me. I really dig the moonlight grey color way. The silver stands out and I always get compliments.

I had such high hopes for these earbuds. I love the style, color and fit of the earbuds. I don't like the way they connect to my phone, I wish it was a simple Bluetooth connection instead of using the Bose app. This may be just mine, but when I use them to talk on my phone hands free the clarity is horrible, I usually have to switch to my AirPods so whoever I'm on the phone with can hear me clearly. Now when I listen to music it's awesome. I just don't want to flip flop between earbuds.
