I bought these mainly for the style; I liked the look of them. And, my AirPods were starting to get staticky. I thought maybe I'd use these for travel or backup for my AirPods. I haven't used my AirPods since. These are so comfortable that I often forget I have them on! And, I bought a refurbished pair! I can't speak to their sound-canceling and microphone abilities. I may still use AirPods for them. But, who knows- these are so good, maybe I won't. Haven't yet.

I bought these several months ago, and have used them heavily and mostly while running. The sound is stunning, especially from an open earbud design, but my favorite part is the fit: I find it difficult to find earbuds that fit well. Once the speaker is in your ear, if you slide the other 'side' into place wherever works for you, they will be secure. It's also very odd but great to hear conversations and important things going on around you even with volume turned up to a reasonable listening level. I would definitely buy these again.

When you have these earbuds placed correctly in your ears, the sound is amazing! But, it doesn't stay in place as you're moving about so it does require adjustments. The sound is really what tells you if it's correctly placed or not. This is my third set of earbuds. Unfortunately my prior two failed almost a year in of using them. They would stop syncing and only one earbud would work and charge. Thankfully I was still under warranty each time this happened.

Love these for the comfort. More comfortable than any pair of earbuds I've ever owned. Sound quality is the trade off. I have to jack up the volume a little because of the open design, but it perfect for listening to music when I still need to hear the world around me.

They sound great but on issue is it will pause music when I tap the button but doesn't play after its paused I have to restart the media fron my phone. And people cant hear me well when on calls.

I do enjoy the quality of these Bose buds. The controls always work as expected and the battery does last for a solid four hours in immersive while I'm at work. This sound comes in so crisp. I'm especially impressed with the reach of coverage when my phone is downstairs and i go from room to room upstairs with no interruption at all.

Best when paired with a sound bar for personal surround sound and ideal for personal sound without disturbing anyone in the room if they are occupied with something else! Love these earbuds so much for listening while walking my dog or jogging on my own. The open concept allows me to listen to all of my surroundings which was important to me for safety whether on sidewalks or on nature trails. They are very comfortable and stay much cleaner than in the ear inserts that can get coated in ear wax or push wax deeper into your ear (I say that as an Audiologist that works in hearing health)! Overall, I am thrilled with these headphones!

I've been a Bose believer for quite a few years. I've tried other headphones/earbuds but I always gravitate back to Bose because of the clarity and their different sound modes. Now with the new immersion mode you feel like you're inside the music as you listen. I've always felt that Bose is on the cutting edge of listening enjoyment?and this is just one more step on their journey!

I purchased these earbuds in the hope that I could find a pair that would fit. I must have non standard ears as I haven't found a pair of buds that will stay in even during just walking let alone any sort of exercise! I wear glasses so the over ear type are uncomfortable. The Bose Open Earbuds fit the bill perfectly, feel secure when using, comfortable lightweight fit and excellent sound. Don't expect noise cancelling and they are not suitable for really noisy environments but for general wear they are ideal.

I bought Bose products several years ago thinking they were good products but over priced. I have since been convinced that these are Bose puts out good products and fully supports them through their wonderful customer service department. From this point on I purchase mostly Bose audio equipment because of the great experiences I have had with them.

I use them mainly for casual listening but the thing that made me purchase them were the reviews on how well they stay in your ear when working out. I can say that they work very well and stay on throughout your workouts. It's also convenient that you can be listening to music and still be aware of your surroundings! The sound quality is amazing and the app is easy to use as well, different features and listening modes depending on your movement and how you want your audio to sound. I wish I bought these sooner! 5 stars!

I have tried many headphones, probably all of them. And all but one I have wanted to return. That's the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds! They are the best, never returning these. All other headphones would irritate my ears or cause a rash. I guess I am sensitive to most! I just love these headphones so much. When all others have not worked at all, and these have. It just makes you so happy. I use them constantly everyday for everything. I'm just happy to not be looking for a pair of headphones. These are my go to! Thank you Bose!!

This is the best way to listen to everyone and everything. I've always had pain with any ear buds, these clip to the ear and the sound is superb. I use while walking to enjoy my music and still hear the ambient sounds around me. I've got them set so they get louder if I get some place noisy and then return to my lower levels when the ambient noise clears.
