Brother HL-L2350DW Monochrome Laser Printer

Garbage. Constantly has to be restarted in order to communicate with my Mac. Can print a document then 20 minutes later it is unavailable. Turning off Deep Sleep did nothing to help. Never had problems with Brother in the past, but obviously something has changed. Threw it in the trash!

good print quality, easy setup. Minus a star for not being able to print labels (they get misaligned). I would recommend this laser printer

You get what you pay for, I guess. Beware, this will not copy except from your device so don't think you're going to slip your birth certificate in it and get copies!!! It seems to print well but the lack of copying is a pain in the neck so I'm back to taking photos from my iphone and sending to printer. Should have done more research and that's on me.

I ordered a new Brother copier after reading review in NY Times Wirecutter. I set it up and printed a few pages and then it crashed. The customer contact guy was very friendly and walked me through several possible fixes. Finally, he told me that he would sent out a new unit. All good with the replacement

Except for the deep sleep feature, this is a great printer great little printer. Image quality is excellent. And printer is quite.

The printer works very well. I had the previous version for over 7 years and loved it until a windows11 update caused problems. The new 2350 is great. Turning on and off is different than the old printer, but consistent with the 3230 color printer. Functionally it is excellent and I expect a lot of years of use. It is my work horse.

The HL-L2350DW is an excellent workhorse for a home computer system. This recent purchase was to replace an identical unit I've been using for some years without issue. Unfortunately, the previous printer's electronics was damaged by a power outage and surge. I was very relieved to fine that it is still available. I guess "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies to this model. I have 5 working computers using various operating systems in my home. All have wireless access to this printer. It is extremely reliable and spits out pages expediantly. My wife prints recipes almost non-stop. This is why I consider this printer a workhorse. It's size is perfect for the location where installed. The only thing that could be improved is the ability to initially wirelessly connect the printer to my network via a desktop computer. The printer is recognized but would not connect. I had to connect to the network via the printer front panel. This was only a minor inconvenience for me but I can see it as being mind boggling for others.

Not my top pick, a new printer shouldn't have black marks along the side of the pages. Works good, but not the easiest to hook up wireless manually. Works best with a cord. Our older Brother printer make the same marks on the sides of the pages and yes I'm using a Brother cartridge.

First was the ease to setup wireless printing from various locations within the house. Second, learning curve that the print cartridge sits in a 'carrier' that in turn slides into the printer as opposed to the print cartridge itself. Threw the carrier into the garbage having to quickly retrieve. Last, the print cartridge does not print as dark for numerous pages. Will need to count the number of printings to further assess.

This is a bare-bones, B&W unit that does not copy or scan. Beyond that, it arrived printing a broad stripe on every page, requiring an hour-long cleaning session. It goes into deep sleep mode after every print job, requiring an off/on cycle and quick action to catch it before narcolepsy sets in again. Here's a give-away -- the copyright on the software running this unit expired 10 years ago. I have not purchased Brother before and will not again. I will use it until the ink cartridge needs to be replaced and then sledge-hammer it.

This dual sided printer is very easy to set up with the included software on a CD. If you don't have a CD reader available, then download the software from the Brother Website. It prints clearly and allows the reverse side to print on either the long side of the page or the short side for keeping in a binder.

We have tried literally everything to get this printer to connect to our Wi-Fi. We've had it for a month and have tried multiple times and even had an IT person come in. It is completely unusable.

This is my second Brother Laser Printer. I purchased basically the same model about 10 years ago. I was never able to get the software to work with my Apple products. I was also unable to download new drivers. Fast forward 10 years and I needed a printer for my infrequent printings. I gambled with this model. Everything was seamless and it was easy to set up and print from OS and iOS devices. Time will tell regarding quality.

I've been using computers for over 30 years. I started with dot matrix printers and graduated to laser. My brother B/W printer has been the best, most reliable printer I've ever owned. A please to use.
