Great quality

There is no way that I am getting 400 page yield on this cartridge. I have been purchasing monthly for my MFC-J497DW from Staples. i date the cartridges now and it is becoming quite expensive. i only use genuine cartridges. today i changed the black and magenta and had to do improve print quality so that sucked up ink.

Disappointed in Toner Cartridge

These ink cartridges are very good; wish they lasted longer (I know that is mainly due to the automatic cleaning schedule). Price is reasonable.

requiring an ink packet to scan a document is really frustrating. The device should function with low ink for jobs that require no ink.

Screw the consumer

Not sure what we're doing wrong, but we're only able to get 100 copies out of this supposedly 400+ page cartridge. Can anyone explain what is the problem with these cartridges? Print is great but the yield is not as described.

the ink cartridges are way too expensive for me & I am searching for a new printer that isn't gouging me with their ink

You never get the same color as the color of the article , picture,graph or drawing you are making a copy of. This is very frustrating when the line is supposed to be green but is printed pink or yellow or not at all. Needs improvement.

Product could be better

It's always gratifying to find Brother ink cartridges. Availability on other sites is fleeting. I will utilize Brother site, exclusively, from now on.

For Brother J895DW Printer

The cartridge works fine. However, my printer, the MFC-J491DW, burns excessive ink cleaning the print heads.

Long kasting

I have bought countless printers over the years and they all crapped out super early. I have not had one single problem with this one. 
Only drawback i find is it uses up the ink really fast. But i still wouldnt trade it for anything else.

Overall great printer but the ink cartridge is a genuine supply and physically the cartridge is full but the printer says it is empty compared with a known full one looked the same guzzles ink faster than my HP
