About Bright Tangerine DJI Riser Shim
The DJI Riser Shim adds elevation between the LeftField Mini Baseplate and the DJI Receiver. Designed to set cameras with an optical center height between 46.5mm and 49.5mm high to the correct height for DJI gimbals; the Riser Shim is compatible with a range of cameras including the RED KOMODO and KOMODO-X.
Elevate your camera setup with the DJI Riser Shim for LeftField Mini Baseplates: designed to elevate cameras to the correct height for gimbal shooting. Sitting between the LeftField Mini and DJI RS Receiver, the Riser Shim mounts cleanly and is intuitively designed to give the proper height clearance to cameras with low optical centers - see the "Compatibility" section below for a full list of compatible cameras. Lightweight and wear-resistant, the 46.5mm-49.5mm Riser Shim is essential for compact shooting.
Designed for LeftField Mini
Want to mount more compact cameras to a DJI gimbal? Use the Riser Shim to set the cameras listed below to the correct height. With the LeftField Mini being a deliberately downsized version of our bestselling LeftField 3 Baseplate, the Riser Shim has been designed to maintain that same minimal form factor.
Compact Clearance
With Riser heights, you have approximately 3mm of leeway - which gives our Riser Shim the potential for a broad range of compatibility. For cameras with an optical center distance of 46mm-50mm, such as the RED KOMODO or KOMODO-X, this Riser Shim is ideal for elevating it on your Baseplate.
Note: The Shim also factors in the added 14.75mm of height added by the Universal Dovetail
Easy Installation
The Riser Shim mounts to your LeftField Mini's central channel via four M4 screws, sitting snugly within the baseplate. The three marked screw threads on the corners are for the DJI Receiver: which is also installed with the same M4 screws and just a few turns of a 3mm Hex Key.
