The Floating Rail boasts a NATO standard profile, ensuring seamless integration with NATO cheeseplates and other standard or threaded accessories. This allows you to customize your camera rig to meet your unique filming requirements, making it an indispensable tool for professional photographers and videographers.Designed to align flawlessly with the Sliding Top Plate for the Sony BURANO, this floating rail runs parallel to the camera's right side. When combined with our wide or narrow NATO cheeseplates, it creates a streamlined camera setup. This design provides ample space for attaching wireless receivers, audio equipment, and additional accessories, without obstructing the LCD or XLR ports.The top rail can be mounted onto any two 1/4" threads that are 25.4mm apart, making it versatile and compatible with other plates following the ARRI Pin-lock standard. This compatibility extends beyond the top plate, making it suitable for use on a variety of cameras.The NATO rail is equipped with a safety button on the perpendicular axis, providing a convenient on/off system for quick adjustments and repositioning. The offset design, positioned 20mm from the mounting surface, ensures ample clearance from the camera body, preventing interference and guaranteeing smooth operation.The entire length of the rail includes ARRI standard 3/8" and 1/4" pin-lock threads, providing threaded anti-twist points. This feature ensures secure attachment of threaded accessories, eliminating the possibility of twisting or loosening during usage, and instilling confidence in mounting accessories.Installation is a breeze. Simply align the two 1/4" captive screws and tighten them using a 3mm Hex key in a crisscross pattern. The Floating NATO Rail package includes two captive 1/4" mounting screws.
