A nice touch specially with LED lighting
I like the quality of B+W filters and with the cost now in line with some of the other filters it's nice to have a something saying made in Germany on my camera for a change.

Pretty Neat-O
I have wanted one of these for quite some time. I don't really plan on using it all that much but it's one of those things that's nice to have in your toolkit. It's good quality and image doesn't degrade at all; it retains sharpness well. The effect is really neat and it honestly makes me want to add the 4 point version to my kit.

Nice effect
This filter produces a very nice starburst effect that can't be duplicated in Photoshop. It does colors beautifully and when used properly is just great.
With so many effects being easily done in PS, this isn't one of them. Yes you can add a starburst in PS, but it won't do the colors like this filter. Example - tail lights of a car or anything involving colors. Just get it - you'll love it!

Five stars for this star!
Have used this filter for typical night shots and get great star effect (surprising to me, with a little bit of color) on the lights in the photo. It also seems to reduce some of the blow out that is hard to avoid with some night time shooting. Have also used to it shoot a live show - gave an already artsy production and little more bling. Really adds a a different dimension to your photo. Fun to use.

Star Filter
I've used mine for years, and found alot of uses for it. Wash your car and set it in the sun and see all the star points make a new car out of yours. I prefer the the 6 or 4 point filter, it can get confusing with more points. Shoot any thing that has a shine to it, and you won't be disappointed. I recommend strongly that you have one of these in your bag, A great filter.
