In February I made a trip to Yosemite National Park. I took with me 1DXII, 5Ds, 16-35III, 70-200 2.8 II and 200-400 4 with 1.4 built in. I was there for 5 days and got some of the sharpest images I have ever made using the 16-35 III. I was able to compare it to the 16-35 II that a friend had with us. Took this lens to China and used it under various conditions from cloudy and misty to night to sunshine to fog/pollution and got wonderful results. Sharp shots even without IS and handheld. Shot pics at night going through the Gorges Dam. Paired it with a Canon 5d Mark III.
