Canon's CR-N350 PTZ camera produces outstanding image quality and is equipped with powerful features and functions to be utilized in many industries including House of Worship, Education, Broadcast, Corporate, Events and more.
The CR-N350 PTZ camera produces incredible 4K and HD image quality with the combination of a 1/2.3" CMOS sensor and the DIGIC DV 7 image processor. This camera incorporates a Canon 4K lens that exhibits a 20x optical zoom ratio that maintains a high level of precision throughout the zoom range. The CR-N350 can also provide 40x Advanced Zoom when in Full HD. On-air pan and tilt movement is possible thanks to the smooth and responsive pan and tilt mechanism equipped with the CR-N350.
The CR-N350 PTZ camera supports multiple professional interfaces, including single cable PoE++ connectivity, which allows you to use NDI HX2 to stream audio and video, control (IP), tally, and power over a single cable. The camera supports other protocols, such as SRT, RTSP/RTP, as well as RTMP/RTMPS to stream to social sites such as Facebook Live and YouTube. Even better, the CR-N350 can be controlled remotely by IP, Serial, or IR. The camera supports multiple control standards, including Canon's XC protocol as well as Standard Protocol (serial and IP) for easy connectivity to a wide range of compatible 3rd party hardware controllers.

DIGIC DV 7 Image Processor
The CR-N350 PTZ camera incorporates Canon's DIGIC DV 7 Image Processor, which is essential in providing high image quality, advanced performance and convenient operability. This advanced core technology component provides the image-processing power and speed that enables features such as 4K UHD video acquisition and precise Hybrid AF.
Hybrid AF
The CR-N350 is equipped with Hybrid AF, which is an auto focus system that combines high-precision contrast AF technology and the high-speed phase-difference AF technology to confirm auto focus from the camera. This hybrid auto focus system helps achieve auto focus faster and more reliably compared to contrast auto focus alone.
Stunning optical precision
The CR-N350's high-performance lens has a 20x optical zoom (29.3*mm - 601mm, 35mm equivalent) plus a 40x Advanced Zoom (29.3mm - 1202mm, 35mm equivalent) when shooting in Full HD. When conditions are unstable, Canon's renowned Optical Image Stabilization allows you to still capture steady footage.
Over Sampling HD Processing
The full HD recording (over sampling HD processing) takes full advantage of the image information acquired by the 4K sensor to generate beautiful high-definition full HD video. This helps content creators produce stunningly detailed FHD video when utilizing the CR-N350.

Smooth & Responsive Pan and Tilt Performance
The CR-N350 is equipped with a PT (Pan, Tilt) drive mechanism that can change the speed from fast to slow in incremental steps. This allows the operator to set the speed to their desired preference to allow for smooth PT movement. The CR-N350 exhibits a variable Pan speed of .1 Degree - 100 Degree /second (up to 200 Degree /second with presets) and variable Tilt speed of .1 Degree - 100 Degree /second (up to 180 Degree /second with presets).
Thumbnail Display for Presets and Recorded Trace Movement
To make the cameras easy for operators and directors to instantly be able to see which shot they want to call up next, thumbnail images can be added for camera presets and for recorded trace movement in the camera's user interface, in the Remote Camera Control Application (RCCA), and on supported hardware controllers.
Vertical Crop
For enhanced social media support, the CR-N350 includes not only a standard video crop, but also a vertical crop mode. It allows users to have a separate 9:16 stream of the main video which can be moved in real time.
Add-On Applications
The Add-On Application System will enable the installation of paid applications directly onto the camera. These applications can then be run without the need for a computer, simplifying operations and set-up.
The Auto Tracking Application enables the camera to automatically track the speaker or other specified persons during commercial presentations, lectures and other events. Because visual analysis is performed in-camera, the system achieves excellent tracking capability. In addition to framing a person in the shot, the camera, aided by its high-performance pan/tilt mechanism and the automatic tracking application, can smoothly capture movements of people with satisfying quality for video production.
The Auto Loop Application empowers the camera to automatically repeat pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) staging movements ordinarily performed by camera operators during the broadcast of events, as well as in the production of TV commercials and movies. What's more, "fade mode" adjusts the acceleration and deceleration of the camera motions as the motions begin and end, enabling the automated camera system to mimic professional camerawork.
Auto Tracking Lite Built-In
The camera comes with a free version of the Auto Tracking Application, called Auto Tracking Lite. This free version provides smooth and precise auto tracking experience with a basic auto tracking configuration. For those users who require more advanced tracking customization, upgrading to the paid version of the auto tracking software is quick and easy.
Multiple protocols for seamless integration
The CR-N350 features SRT (supports adaptive bitrate) and NDIHX2 protocols that help produce high quality video streams for broadcasters. RTMP/RTMPS, RTP/RTSP and Canon XC protocol are also included, as well as FreeD (supports up to 4 destinations) for integration into virtual productions.
Webcam via USB Connection
The CR-N350 supports USB Video Class (UVC) in addition to IP, SDI and HDMI. This allows the CR-N350 to be used as a webcam by connecting the camera to a PC via the USB-C port with a web conferencing application installed. The CR-N350 delivers up to Full HD 1920 x 1080 video up 60fps for high quality web conferencing.
Remote Camera Control Application (RCCA)
Take control of your remote cameras with this free software controller application, designed to operate up to 20 PTZ and professional video cameras over IP. Preview up to nine cameras on screen and adjust focus, pan, zoom, tilt and exposure in real time, direct from your computer.
Multi-Camera Management Application
Monitor and manage up to 200 cameras direct from your PC and perform key tasks such as multi-view monitoring, device backup, assignment and registration as well as perform firmware updates to linked cameras simultaneously.
Multi-Camera Camera Control Application
The free Canon Multi-Camera Control App can control PTZ cameras, Cinema EOS cameras, and XF605 camcorders from an iPhone or iPad over the network. The free app allows for control over Pan/tilt/zoom, recording start and stop, focus, zoom and iris, ND Filters, ISO, Shutter, White Balance, and Custom Picture Profiles all while viewing the image.
Camera Color Matching Application
The Camera Color Matching Application will allow you to easily add PTZ cameras to your existing camera environment as it can color match the CR-N350 PTZ camera to your primary production camera. The application supports any Canon or third-party cameras that support Full HD or UHD.
Webcam Driver
Turn the CR-N350 into a super webcam with Canon's Webcam Driver. The Webcam Driver is a virtual USB driver that allows the CR-N350 to be used as a powerful webcam over a network.
